Chris ,tim and rick another great time spent. Great stories, life lessons and reminders of being a quailty human being goes a long way. Thanks again. Keep up the great work guys!! Ghg!😊
The journey every player goes on to start their career iss fascinating.. every player is different, but the way the player embraces the struggle is so admirable!! The stories are different but the work ethic remains the same.. so coll
Great interview once again, so laid back Tim and Knux. You know Chris you and me almost had a episode in 2006 in Toronto that if it were not for Gaston Gingras would of made the newspapers for sure, but looking back at it we were both made of the same cloth, but looking back at it I am so greatly happy Gingras stepped in..........for my sake. You did well Chris, especially now, where we can both laugh about it. Love these podcasts.
Ironic as a cap fan that the "Langway" trade involving green basically saved hockey in DC (for the first time). Both he and Ryan Walter (whose #'s declined massively) won rings in MTL but were known as the losing end of that trade. Doesn't diminish the fact green was the first good blueliner in what became a caps tradition. Tough guy when he chose to fight (see vs nystrom) and a classic defensive defenseman
Number one pick in 1976 never a star but a solid player. I'll never forget the last game in the 1986 finals. Nick Fotiu is zooming down with the puck and Green looks to take Nick out and Nick grabs Green behind the neck and slammed his head into the glass and boards and started to rag doll him. I laughed my ass off as Nick showed how strong that he was. Happy 71st Birthday Nicky!
@@jacksmith5692 we'll if you're going to insert a unflattering comment about Knuckles' guest, then I thought I'd sling some shit back over the fence too. One brain dead untimely comment deserves another.
Probably the strongest defensive defenceman i ever saw.
One of the steadiest reliable defence men. Went about the game on the ice as a pro. Great memories of the 86 cup.
Rick is so reserved but when he told the story about the bar in Vancouver "The local spot", loool... such a great delivery! What a great show!
Thanks again for the memories! Keep'm comin'!
Loved this interview… keep them coming Knuckles!
the second I see the new Raw Knuckles - I am here. Prepare to be dazzled

#gohabsgo
Awesome podcast. Wishing you the best.
Awesome episode
Rick was a great defense player for the Habs
Once again : Top Notch!
Great interview Knucks! That was a fun team to watch. Waiting for the Podcast with Mario Tremblay ??
great segment guys
but lets be honest, in 86 Steve Smith won the Cup for you
you should have given him the Conn Smyth
Inside hockey was fun Chris!
I was like "Dammm, we gave up a lot" on that trade. Especially when it seemed like Green was injured forever .
Greenie might've had a Hall of Fame career if those injuries hadn't nailed him in his first few years.
nailed it again
Great stories hahhahaha
Chris and his adventures hahhah
When will you have Mario Tremblay on?
Ignore the cancel culture!
💯
Australian larrikans are getting affected by cancel culture.

Was that the same night that you and Nick hooked up at the Rainbow bar and showed each other your swords?
