No it's not lol. Gooseworx said that episode 3 and onwards is gonna be not suitable for kids on her Tumblr. She even said that there's gonna be a sex joke in episode 6
Yeah like gravity falls it was kinda dark but it suitable for kids, but sex is something that kid can't handle, so I don't think it was for kids unfortunately

But episode 1 and 2 is completely family friendly
Poor kids to think that its a kid friendly show gooseworx said that ep 3 will have adult scene i kinda mad at them because they dont appreciate kids for making the show popular, the kids is actually the one who make it popular theyre the major of TADC biggest viewer and yet gooseworx wasting them and make it just for adult
