I know Di probably wanted this to come out really professional and polish looking but there's something about her occasional stumbling over words and points that adds charm to her video.
    Great Job Di.

or just put all the most popular and group them together that's what vshojo did. A few may have been friends before I don't think very many were.

The vtubing industry is big yet the closer you get to the top the more you start to bump elbows. You inevitably end up knowing everyone on your team

Great video. You were quite passionate and informative.
    Couple things:
You're recording this for upload. You sounded like you were absolutely POUNDING through an outline faster than you had planned to and were getting both out of breath and were muddling your thoughts and words.
Take your time recording. Maybe you felt you needed to knock this out due to long absence or long prep time, or maybe you just got inspired and wanted to get this done before you lost steam.
But you are you're own boss here. Feel free to take a breath and slow it up if the adrenaline is getting to you.
Or none of this is true and I read it all wrong and I need to go f*ck myself.
Either way, keep up the good work.

TBH the draft said it was 7min speaking time but it ended up at 11. If I didn't speed through I mightve gone longer tbh

It's interesting to watch this video now that Tsundería is gone...
For me both types of agencies are quite impersonal, I prefer indie vtubers cause I find them more genuine, more authentic, and they don't look like they came out of a vtubers excel template, as if they came out of an automatic production factory with an AI module to give them a “unique” personality.
At least that's the impression most agency vtubers give me.

Personally when it comes to me I think I honestly prefer the way the Vshojo handles there talent because they let them do pretty much anything I say that because when it comes to Holo Live there talent is very restricted on what they can or can't do even there Twitter is basically controlled by the corporation on who they can follow which I personally really don't like that.

"Born Sexy yesterday" always nice to learn about a new trope. Also a nice video to follow up with this one is the Anime Man's recent videos where he interviews a ex-idol about the trenches of the Japanese idol industry. A warning it is pretty fucked. But it is nice to see a critical view of the industry that so much of v-tubing stems from since it also influences it. ruclips.net/video/RRBV41izmUI/видео.html&ab_channel=TheAnimeMan

Why would you base your entire operation on another company? Just ditch the fake mask you wear and put yourself out there. If your content is good, it doesn't matter that you wear a fake anime girl mask
