Back in the day when my mum was a sw she used to use a bit of natural sponge to absorb flow while being able to do penetration. These days there are moon cups designed for use in penetration and also a diaphragm like Caya will work for the purpose.

Hi my beautiful bestie how are you doing today I could be better today I have a horrible head cold it's mostly in my voice I been laying down in my room under the blankets and trying to keep warm and watching tv on my phone.
