Master Derek Jones 1989 UK Seminar PREVIEW

In this video shot in 1989 the late Master Derek Jones takes his Seminar audience through a variety of Techniques from the Wing Chun system as well as grappling techniques which he found are essential in real situations of self defence. Derek and his Top student Peter Stavrides perform a session of Sticking Hands (Chi Sao) so that the Seminar audience can see first hand how the techniques they are learning can be practised at normal speed. The Chi Sao training is important to Wing Chun so that the learnt techniques can be reproduced at the speed of reflex action with the correct timing and strategy. I hope you enjoy this short clip.
