i have to say this type of gameplay is far better then the ones that they are doing now. simple and to the point, clearly shows the weapons in action and the last bet of everyone just talking about there experience without feeling they need to act.
There is still things to do like high flow valve (or shaving material off of the stock one), tightbore, a better hop up, or short stroking the bolt for faster rof.
You may have your opinion but theres a reason why you do not need to upgrade a kwa. Even if you want to you still can, you just have to pay a bit more for better quality. I have owned an sr10, 365k rounds and all I needed was a new piston. After my good experience a lot of my team play rifleman and got kwa cqr mod 1s, same internals and perform just as well. Constantly it seems KWA outperforms other names like G&P and others in their price range. Their customer service is great too! :-)
by far best gameplay video by ASGI yet....really like the loadout section at the begging but heres a suggestion...some ppl didnt like that so include an annotation so you can skip to just the gameplay
I'm sure you can find pictures of them on google, they're very common for most any real combat training. I'm sure that there certainly isn't a full powder charge in the shell casing like that of a standard 9mm round. My guess is that it's made to fire from the large primers they use in those rounds, to make them training safe. They fly relatively well for their purpose, which is primarily CQB. While they're not too bad, get hit in the wrong spot and they do hurt. Note the plastic is quite thin.
Has anyone ever seen the movie "Quest For Camelot" or something like that? It's old and on vicar so probably not but anyway, there's a sticker with an ax as a beak/nose/face and that mesh mask reminded me of it. Nostalgia ftw.
yes i agree they are so much cooler and more realistic how ever the games i play i need alot of ammo and the weather isnt hot enough for them to be as reliable. For me i choose aeg :)
Like I said it depends, GBBR are good for learning the internal workings and under 25 yard shooting ranges at a lower price. Simunition is better for the real deal type training, with an effective range of over 150 yards and at 600FPS it is a very good and realistic type of training. While more expensive, you don't lose significant accuracy past 30 yards like an Airsoft AEG or GBBR.
sorry lol I thought I saw bobs nerf axe but thats awesome. the whole set up there was awesome. i live in Iowa and we unfortunately don't have nearly as awesome areas to play in, at most its a friends large tree farm but we make do lol. thanks for replying to my comment my jaw dropped when i saw it was that it was you that replied
Of course! It's that kind of trigger response that equates to that of real steel guns. :] So far, the only GBB airsoft guns I have is mainly a pistol. I have yet to try a GBB rifle... From what I've heard it takes a lot of maintenance time with more parts to clean and check...
I like the raw footage but you should have done some editing where it shows everyone on one team on the left and everyone on the other on the right of the screen then it also shows how many respawns they have left.
Airsoft is a hell of a lot of fun for someone with Combat experience and/or skills. I'm not sure how the military feels about training with airsoft, to be truthful...I'm sure it's more cost effective then the 9mm brass based SIM rounds I spoke of before, and hardly less effective in training. The only thing that I could say to answer your question further, one advantage to the SIM rounds is that your trigger response-to-report is instant, like a real weapon. My guess...gas would be closer.
yes, I dont doubt it fits, but again if You read more carefully, the point of this question was if it is so easy to put it in your mouth without removing facemask during a game?
Obviously, I can only speak for my experiences in the Military, but after my time in the Marine Corps...in training, we did NOT utilize airsoft equiptment, ever. We had weapons that were essentially identical to our issued weapons, chambered for what are called SIM rounds. They're a 9mm based partially brass, partially prastic cartridge with a scored plastic projectile containing a putty like paint - most commonly in red, or baby blue.
I would think GBBRs will be at an advantage when it comes to cost of ammunition. However, nothing can be achieved when it comes to simulation of the number of rounds per magazine than the one you mentioned. But then, trainees can do the same thing by limiting the number of airsoft BBs per magazine as well. I think the next question is the accuracy-to-range ratio of the said ammunitions. I assume the SIM rounds can go farther and with more accuracy that airsoft BBs can only dream of. :]
GBB I prefer for the realism and I feel it is much easier to clean take care off and work on. I also see many people saying a gearbox is hell once opened and when something breaks you have to get a new one while GBB will cost less over time. But some GBB mags can be a hassle/expensive and can leak :/
Personally, I think the AEGs will win all the time against GBBRs. Give it cold weather and extended game times and I think the GBBR will show its utmost weakness. In a real mil-sim, I think the GBBR will do the better job. GBBR recoil, sound, and coherently limited magazine capacity gives a ton more realism. What I want to know is with our guys in the Military and Law Enforcement, when it comes to airsoft, do they prefer AEG? or GBBR? when training?
Ok so im new and getting into Airsoft and hope to be able to understand a bit more of what is what. Which Guys are using gas and which are using AEG(which i know is Electric operated). Are the ones thats have that small zing zing sound the electric ones? What are the benefits of the AEG and Gas Powered one? I know the basics but and have used the crappy ones before(you know 12$ walmart ones lol).
question: how can You use your camelbaks when you're using a full face mask, during a game? Or is it for looks only? I guess cool airsoft player counts that, who has cooler gun and more muticam gear, not that, who can take you all out.
PS. This also goes for SWAT and special purpose law enforcement teams in Texas, neither of which use Airsoft EQ in training. Not being a troll, these are just my areas of knowledge.
I like that the fields at my place limit you to only single shot for most games, which would negate most of the advantages of the AEG, so I can use my GBBR and GBB with the other AEGs. :)
gas rifles are fun to use, but theres no advantages over the aeg, and i could write a book about the disadvantages. except polarstars, but not sure if people really classify those as gas guns
Thanks for pointing that out. But really, 9mm cartridges with plastic projectiles? I assume it will still really hurt, right? And with that, the element of fear and trying to conquer fear while training is indeed there... Something airsoft guns will never ever train you with...
i have to say this type of gameplay is far better then the ones that they are doing now. simple and to the point, clearly shows the weapons in action and the last bet of everyone just talking about there experience without feeling they need to act.
damn i have the lm4 ptr and think thats the best gbb assault rifle you can get from airsoft world, love the gun so much xd
When I wait for the weekend to get here to play airsoft. I watch airsoft videos.
Cause airsoft is love. Airsoft is life.
Hahaha! Thanks man!
Make it 2
I wish gbb mags wouldn't be so expensive
same xD
Yeah,. Gosh
I wish people had better wishes
There is still things to do like high flow valve (or shaving material off of the stock one), tightbore, a better hop up, or short stroking the bolt for faster rof.
Jet and tim have good looking LM4s..... Great video!!!

Teleportation technology would make respawning really cool
KWA SR-10 or SR-7
GRP AIRSOFT what
Ur a big boy now u can handle it

GBB gives the real feel of an actual firearm . GBB rocks
Until your jackass friend loads .12s into it to get maximum FPS and lights you up with it from 20 feet away
***** Evidently my friends GBB isn't a good one cuz that's what he did :/
+TheJames02 well fps doesnt matter too much, what matters is the joules, if he was shooting .3s at 400, they hurt more than .2s
if your actual firearm fires 20 year old .22 rimfire lol
Fuckin airsoft scientist, no it all's
Its an acog, just seach for it on asgi, a couple versions will come up. i doubt it zooms
The only words josh likes to say, "so to speak" "modular"
(10:39) Why I love the game of airsoft so much. The after fun discussing.
I love the battle footage. Also I like the kitty noises... in a manly way!
Has anyone ever seen the movie "Quest For Camelot" or something like that? It's old and on vicar so probably not but anyway, there's a sticker with an ax as a beak/nose/face and that mesh mask reminded me of it. Nostalgia ftw.

One of the most fun parts of airsoft is talking about the game afterwords

What camera's are you using on your helmets?
Bob is always excited.
love hollywood sports park. i went paintballing and airsofting there, awesome place.
For those wondering Andrews plate carrier is a shellback tactical banshee plate carrier
Thinking about getting an LM4 PTR.
SpecialOpsAirsoft it sure does cost a lot of money but its worth it anyway, all of my mags had fall for a million times and it doesnt leak even a bit
LOVE MY LM4 PTS!!!
Quite a bit of LM-4 action here!

Tim was using either a re-pro or real steel Trijicon ACOG sight.
yes, I dont doubt it fits, but again if You read more carefully, the point of this question was if it is so easy to put it in your mouth without removing facemask during a game?
You guys should do a polarstar vs gas or aeg
Great video I liked it airsoft gi rock
Who did you play with? No one in the Marketing Team was down there since we were all doing other things.
This looks like so much fun!
all gbb's have no delay from trigger pull to fire which is why I prefer them
Tim what sight was that I have an idea if it's from your company's website but I would like some clarification please :]

Do you guys have lots of problems with your gas guns? I have gas blowback 1911 and its always miss firing making all the gas in the clip empty.
It might be a dumb question but would putting a nerf sword in a scabbard work well too
Greg's T-shirt. What is it? I must have it! And does it come in OD?
This park looks like so much fun to play at.
Did AEGs win through firepower? You know how it is, takes 10 bb's to have the same effectiveness as a single round of 5.56 at 50 meters?
I would think GBBRs will be at an advantage when it comes to cost of ammunition. only things for size and weight that can beat a polar star is a strafer, but you have to carry an air tank
What's the handy little clip attached to the vest holding the gloves called? 00:52

I can't find that exact chest/plate carrier Tim is using, and I really like it. Can someone provide a link to it?

Can since softers play with the paintballers at Hollywood sports or are they not allowed to mix?

check out any Lancer Tactical gun or a G&G combat machine
Is that a real Trijicon ACOG on Tim's LM4?
10:38 I love post game conversations! Especially at my field! :D
PS. This also goes for SWAT and special purpose law enforcement teams in Texas, neither of which use Airsoft EQ in training. Not being a troll, these are just my areas of knowledge.

Why Bob's axe is missing in the equipment introduction?
i have the vector and i just use phantom gear aggressor m4 pouches. 2 mags each pouch
I wish I had any of these guys gear with Tim's skills
Do you play airsoft hugo hines?

Whats the name of the shirt that Greg is wearing?

The G&G FN FNC is awesome
My favorite gameplay with you guys!!
Thanks for pointing that out. But really, 9mm cartridges with plastic projectiles? I assume it will still really hurt, right? And with that, the element of fear and trying to conquer fear while training is indeed there... Something airsoft guns will never ever train you with...
