Hi Rachel. Love your trip fold pockets. So colourful and cheery. It's cold and snowing here in BC Canada. Last week it was flooding. Been a roller coster of craziness here lately. Your videos brighten my days and bring me so much enjoyment to watch. Thank you so much for sharing.
It must be great having your sister there with you. I really enjoyed seeing your mother’s beautiful hand stitched journal that your sister was so kind to show us. That was so thoughtful of her to take the time to do that for us.
Dear Rachel, you just make my day better!😃 I love to hear you say you are doing something with Medieval Mirage! For early Christmas I have treated myself to the Jane Austen kit. I’m loving your Italian Churches kit. Giving my Christmas cards a little different look. Thanks for sharing your time and talents with us!
Week 49! Wow! Only three more to go and we've made it through a whole year of weekly challenges! Doesn't seem like that long at all! TFS the inspiration, Rachel!
Ooo! Just made one of these. I added a strip of vellum at the bottom of the unfolded picture and made a little pocket. Great way to use those gorgeous pictures- could even be your own photos in a travel journal. Thanks!
I was delighted to see you using magazine pages for those of us who might not be able to afford or are no so computer savvy to order print outs online. Sweet. Thank you.
Funny enough I used the last one of these I had in my ephemera box just the other day. Time to make more! Thanks so much, Rach! Love and hugs to you! ❤️
It's cold here in the South Plains of the Texas panhandle as well. We will be about 44 degrees farin today if we're fortunate. Enjoyed spending time with you this morning.
I'm learning how to make junk journals, and I have saved (hoarded?) some gorgeous magazine pages. This project is perfect for them! Thank you for helping me find a nice use for them.
You might want to try this trick with your whale tail. When you make a fold out envelope, turn the tab sideways and glue on the outer edges, and then you can tuck the pointed end of the envelope flap inside the space between the ends.
I am changing your name from the Martha Stewart of RUclips to the Scissors Queen. This is the stupidest question anyone has ever asked you. When you dream, do you speak in Italian or in your delightful Aussie accent? My friend is tri-lingual, and she says the people in her dreams speak all three, and often if two people are talking one is in English and the other speaks French. Great project!!!!
