I like that you can see the stabilizers work where one is used and also what the bows without stabilizers do. I've seen presentations that say stabilizers are overrated. I've seen others where stabilizers are highly recommended. I'm currently undecided, but I'm a noob.
Just to extend on Jonathan's comment, if you drop your elbow low, it's very difficult to engage back muscle to draw the bow, putting the load on your (weaker) arm muscles instead. The compound shooter might be able to get away with it due to the pulley helping while drawing and the trigger for release. I was a bit surprise to see a traditional bow shooter didn't hold back tension though.
The guy at 2:47 with the longbow. Not sure why he would have 2 feathers away from the bow and one directly against the bow when shooting. I know it's not as important with feathers as with fletchings but it would most likely make his arrows more accurate if he had that one feather away from the bow.

whether the arrow spins or not depends on how its fetched. if it has off set or helical fetching it will spin if it has straight fetching it wont. also these arrows dont flex that much probably because of their spine rating and the fact its shot from a compound bow with a release aid. the spine rating is how stiff the arrow is and when you release an arrow with your fingers that will introduce some oscillation but with an release aid its a much cleaner release
Also compounds are typically cut much more past center (more center shot) than longbow's and recurves which means they have to bend less (flex less) to clear the riser of the bow. This is why with most of the compounds you see there's less flex.
archery is only awesome when you have a expensive bow, most archery club are like lady club. if u walk in with a made-in-china or homemade bow. they will look at you like u r alien. doesnt matter how good you are
it is a relitively slow bow so it is oprbs around the same framerate as them all the only why it appears to be slower is because t is slower the velocity of the arrow and spin of the arrow is alot slower
It's basically a valve that you use to pump bottles. Add chalk powder inside and they make great targets. I'm not sure if it's the exact one, but you can check out mega boom targets for a similar product.

When you draw back your bow you want to make sure that the arm you are drawing with is always higher that the arm holding the bow. Just a tip
