I gotta disagree Pierre the baby mama said it wasn’t his and he still wanted it to have his last name. After that Ashley can decide to stay with him and accept it or leave but you can’t take a name back from a child that was given in honesty. Also this child is like 10 now, if it wasn’t urgent enough to get it handled in ten years then it obviously isn’t that deep.
