8:51 - "Gun owners can own illegal assault rifles if they assemble them themselves. Gun owners, and libertarians in the US often complain about WHAT THEY PERCEIVE TO BE restrictive gun laws that prevent them from owning things like AK-47s and large scale missile launchers." "Complete guns come with serial numbers which can be tracked, but gun parts don't." This is actually completely false. Any licensed firearm manufacturer is required to put a serial number on the receiver of the gun, even if they are only selling the receiver as a part. For certain firearms it is lawful to manufacture your own receiver but there are restrictions on what type of firearm you build with that receiver, and you are not allowed to sell it unless you have a manufacturer's license. I mean... I don't even know where to start here. There are so many falsehoods in this statement that it makes me sick. First of all, the term "assault rifle" means a firearm chambered in an intermediate rifle cartridge and capable of full auto fire. It is absolutely illegal to manufacture a fully automatic firearm or modify any firearm to be fully automatic without a license. That is federal law, which applies to all states and only military manufacturers can get a license for that. Second of all anybody CAN own an "illegal assault rifle", all you have to do is buy an assault rifle illegally and *presto* you own an illegal assault rifle. Third of all, in many United States anybody can lawfully possess an assault rifle if they A: Submit the correct forms and have them approved, B: Have $10,000 - $30.000 to spend on a gun, C: Have no criminal history. And finally, there are some states which do allow you to lawfully manufacture any firearm which you could otherwise lawfully own. In other words, if you need a license to own it, you need a license to manufacture it, if you don't need a license to own it, you don't need a license to manufacture it. This varies from state to state. Look up the National Firearms Act (NFA) and the Gun Control Act (GCA) and look up your local state laws. Also, things such as RPGs and anything else explosive have much heavier restrictions, and with the exception of buying them on the black market, the high explosive ammo for grenade launchers and RPGs is not available on the civilian market at all, so owning an RPG legally would be pretty pointless when owning the ammo is illegal. And to call them "large scale missile launchers" is ridiculous. On the scale of missile launchers, handheld weapons are extremely small scale.
El Hombre Mo Your effort here is futile. No matter how much logic and facts you provide to state the truth about firearms rights in the constitution and the laws that regulate (dictate) legal ownership in the country, you'll not succeed in even being acknowledged, let alone affecting the false and asinine narrative fools like this particular individual have bought into. Kudos for your diligence anyway though. 👍
El Hombre Mo Every time someone that's not a gun enthusiast talks about guns it's so cringeworthy. It's always wrong information and its another nail in the coffin of the 2nd amendment. It's usually about as accurate as reefer madness. The only "loophole" is that depending on the state you live in and the features of the rifle, you don't have to register the 80%. Also this narrator thinks we can't buy an AK-47, those are not illegal here. Non gun owners always get rifle styles mixed up with military select fire counterparts.
He got the bit about UK firearms ownership wrong too. You can own allsorts in the UK if you have the correct paperwork. If you are a farmer wanting a single/double shotgun is permitted for vermin control. If you are an NRA (not part of the US NRA) member and regularly attend a shooting club getting a sporting rifle for target shooting is just a case of your GP (personal doctor) to say you are most likely not nuts (and having a police inspection to make sure you can keep any licenced weapons secure). Larger calibre rifles (.308 or 338) need you to be a Ghilli on a Scottish estate responsible for controlling deer numbers. You can even still get a concealed carry pistol licence in NI for personal protection and even in England under special circumstances. UK gun law is a bit confusing at first but owning a rifle type firearm is definitely possible for anyone if they are a sports shooter with a secure gun safe, a member of the NRA and a doctor says they are sane.
I think you mean "Only the part where the trigger (fire control group) is in HAS the serial number. And the name for that part is the receiver, which in the eyes of the law is considered to be the firearm. Everything else is just a part for that firearm. It's actually the part which all the other major parts attach to, not just the trigger, and in the case of a rifle which has a split upper and lower receiver like an AR-15, the serial number is stamped into the lower receiver. In some older military rifles, multiple parts like bolts barrels stocks etc were stamped with the serial number as well, but that was mostly for military rifles so that people could keep track of which parts go together when those rifles were sent in to be serviced.
It is NOT illigal to own guns in the UK...plenty of people go and get a licence...owning HAND guns is much harder (but also, not impossible) and it is NOT legal to build an illigal firearm in the USA...if you build a gun that is restricted (like full auto or SBR ect) and fail to pay tax stamp you will END UP IN JAIL...
@I Z You can get a Firearms Certificate and own Shotguns, Rimfire rifles (.22 I believe) and technically handguns though those are substantially less common
Just throwing this out there... It's perfectly legal to own a fully automatic firearm in the US, with three following provisions: 1) You are required to obtain the necessary tax stamp(s). 2) You are willing to pay whatever it costs to purchase said firearm, sometimes as much as $30,000+. 3) The firearm was manufactured before 1986
You are correct .., and that is why you build a new receiver .. and they can be legally purchased up to 80% completed with out any FFL and if you really want some full auto weapons you can purchase a C&R licence provided you are not a felon or mentally disabled .. for 200.00 recurring fee paid every 3 years .. it opens the door to almost every full auto weapon from WW2 and prior except the AK47 and M16 (and possible random ATF inspections) .. ( but our Right to bear arms was created with out restriction..and we were given the right to own every weapon the government had at the time. .. of course the gov is constantly writing new laws that infringe on our rights .. the only way we keep our rights is to know them and if wrongfully convicted .. to use them to win in court ..) the easiest way to win is by Law enforcement not being thoroughly trained in the Laws they enforce .. or simply thinking they are above the law ..either way can lead to a mistrial if you do your homework and do not fold like most people in every court room ive ever been in ...... Im fine with single fire rate assault rifles .. i am good at bump firing which is trigger manipulation and completely legal.
"unlike our gun loving friends across the Atlantic us Brits frown at gun ownership" well thats probably because gun ownership lost the Brits their colony and gained Americans their freedom =P.
Budo Ka need a bit more concrete argument then that, I'm afraid. And at least we don't have a mayor that says terrorist attacks are a normal part of living in a city.
A Chinese man ate for free 300 days in a row at the first class VIP lounge buffet at the Xi`an international airport by buying a fully refundable first class ticket and kept re-booking it over an over.
Not completely true about British gun law. It is not "any firearm" that is illegal, it is handguns specifically. Things like hunting rifles can be bought under licence.
There's this app in Norway which gives away coupons and shit for a store, I found a glitch which allows me to get free food and drink whenever I want... Loopholes 😉
There's no official classification for an "assault weapon" or "assault rifle". It was made up by newies that didn't have a clue what they were talking about.
I just got home from work, out of smokes, can't find my weed, been at work since 530 pm yesterday, and now I'm confused because I didn't see a goddamn thing about a casino reel and 20 bucks everytime lol
Here's a loophole: ask for cheaper! The amount of free/discounted items I've received in the past... sometimes I cleverly ask for it, such as saying "I don't have quite enough money..." other times, I just get lucky, for example, once I was staring at a bouncy castle, wishing I could go on but my mum wouldn't buy me a wristband, so this guy walks up and says "Hey, why don't you go on?" I assumed he was the owner, I tried to tell him I didn't have a wristband but he insisted that I could go on anyway :)
Once in a bar they had an offer to give you a free croisant with your cappuccino if it was your birthday. Lucky thing was, it was my birthday, when I told the lady at the cash register that it was my birthday, she asked to see a document to make sure. That's how the coffee shop could've handeled the situation, make the man show a real document, not a loyalty card.
Agreed. And it almost certainly isn't permitted in the loyalty scheme's t's + c's to register more than one card anyway, let alone 365 of them. So breach of t's + c's, possibly being classed as an intentional fraud. So I'd say it wasn't a 'legal' loophole as such, as I doubt it was legal.
Here is a legal loophole that the government does NOT want you to know about. Many jurisdictions will NOT investigate let alone prosecute if either the victim or the perpetrator was outside their jurisdiction when the crime occurred. In other words, it MAY be possible to stand on one side of a state line and shoot someone who is on the other side of that state line and never be prosecuted. I found this out when someone stole $1000 from my bank account. The thief was located in another state. When I went to the police they said they don't investigate any crime if the perpetrator committed the crime while not physically in their state. So I contacted the police in the city where the person lived (yes I did my own investigation and discovered the thief's name and address) and those police said they don't investigate crimes if the victim was not in their state at the time the crime took place. So naturally I figured that this would come under the heading of interstate crime which would fall under the jurisdiction of the FBI. So I contacted my local FBI office and they informed me that they won't investigate any financial crime if the amount is under $300,000. Now this was a few years ago and this information may no longer be up to date but it is certainly something to be concerned about. Eventually my bank reimbursed me for the money taken from my account. But it took about two weeks. The branch manager said they simply write off such thefts as the cost of doing business and I later found out that since the bank reimbursed me that they are the actual victim legally and that I would have no standing if I wanted to pursue this legally. I urge extreme caution when dealing with interstate commerce and banking. Many many loopholes.
Brother I'm surprised you don't have over a million subs, your content rocks! I show your videos to all my friends and they loved you, keep up the good work bud!
check the facts on number 2!! first if all you cannot build illegal assault weapons in US legally by definition assault weapons (AW) are select fire to choose between semi auto and full auto. you CANNOT build full auto weapons in the US legally don't be misinformed it Federally illegal and you can serve prison time for doing so. with that being said you can legally purchase weapons like AK47s and AR15s that are semi auto not full auto and that is what you can legally build yourself withouts registration. NOT full auto. a slew of bad Intel that could seriously out misinformed people in jail. just saying. by the way I'm a FFL holder issued by the ATF so I know what I'm talking about.
Close. "Assault Rifles" are automatic weapons with select-fire capabilities. "Assault weapons" are guns Barbara Boxer think look scary. They have no similarity except in name, which was the point: to get people to associate unremarkable rifles with an urban Rambo mowing down a squad of police officers.
I was about to post the same thing you said, except im a builder not a dealer, lol. I have to constantly check with atf to insure what i do stays legal, and essentially if you cant buy it in a gun shop, than you cant build it legal (unless its of your own design)
There is no such thing as "assault weapons". There is automatic weapons and semi autos. Calling a fully automatic rifle an "assault" weapon is the same as calling a bat a "hit-em stick". P.S. Google will lie out rite and only filter in things that lean to libtard-isum... Get a dictionary!
I've found a few loopholes. Once when I was around 10 a local store had an ad that they were selling those pre-paid visas for 50% off. They said the $50 were $25, and the $100 were $50. So I tried going into buy some, and they said "oh that's not the actual price, that's just to entice customers into the store". So I pulled out the advertising laws, and made them give them to me for 50% off xDDD I was buying $100 bills for $50 :D
In the UK owning firearms is NOT completely illegal. Owning handguns is completely illegal and guns under a certain length and full auto guns etc. But certain shotguns and rifles can be owned with a firearms licence that only requires registering, a good reason to own it and approval of your county police. One of my neighbours owns a shotgun and shoots rabbits out her window. My brother also had firearms he got in Germany registered in the UK to be fired on my property. It certainly isn't completely illegal.
US gun parts at least the triggers and frame do have serial numbers, and it’s very illegal to own a gun in the US with out one. Try shooting someone with an unregistered firearm, self defense or not you’re gonna be in some shit. The only homemade guns I could think of would be like a marshmallow gun.
@@Xanderfied So an "unregistered" gun first of all, is NOT "illegal" and secondly, defending yourself with one "legally" won't be a problem in court.... Now a gun without a "serial number" is a completely different animal completely illegal and untraceable, and your statement seams to imply they are both the same thing and you are interchanging them with each other and you cannot do that..... Many guns are purchased in America "LEGALLY" without being registered and thats a fact. To imply that just because a gun is unregistered its also illegal, shows complete ignorance of law and fact on your part sir.
Pretty sure in some states people under the age of 18 can HAVE cigarettes but just can't BUY them their fore get caught with ciggerrettes the police can't do anything unless they have proof of you buying them lol. in most cases though you will get a ticket of some sort
You are wrong about ownership of a gun in the uk, with a gun licence you can own multiple guns to go hunting with and shoot clays and targets such as shotguns…
thats funny as hell your laws are around hunting and feeding your selves, usa gun laws are around making sure our government stays a free government the whole gun thing in america was to prevent government taking over peoples wrights.. in usa it never was about hu8nting.. that was always a free given..lmfao brits thin ks.. thats why we weyed anchor and sailed away from there..lol.. now our emofagets are trying to change us to brit shit..lol aint gunna hapen we have guns and crazy people over ehere..thank god for ouir gun loving hillbillies..
The newest of my guns is coming up on 60 years old. The oldest is over 100. I'm not planning to export them to the UK, but I do have to wonder about the number of weapons left over from two World Wars. Is it an antique if will fire double action, or is semi-automatic? I have guns from WWI, WWII, and the Korean Conflict, all of which function very well. How old does it have to be to reach the antique category?
so wait, I can go to a hotel in Chelsea and get the room for 226 a month? I didn't get if the hotel is required to offer me the lease if I ask for it, or are there special conditions?
#10 makes no sense, you can only have one legal birthday,so all starbucks has to do is ask the guy for his birth certificate to prove legally that its his birthday that day,he filled out 364 forms illegally therefore he shouldnt get any free coffee.
Starbucks never considered that though. Also that would mean they'd have to check the certificates of each patron who signed up for a Starbucks card; something that would be costly and time consuming. Something that the majority of customers wouldn't be in to.
All Starbucks has to do to stop that is ask for an ID card. Birth Date is right on it. Businesses ask for Military ID all the time as proof to receive military discounts. Don't see how a birthday discount is any different.
I think you will like this one. Back in the late 50's in and near Chicago a new company called Earl Schibe started a promotion. In the news paper they printed a coupon $50 off on any car paint job. But they had a problem. They didn't print a limit Good for one car only and One coupon per customer and most of all NO EXPIRATION DATE. So a citizen saw this coupon in a bundle of old newspapers hoarded by a relative. The person went to the local library and did a micro fish search for the article in the records section. They found the coupon and copied many of that page. They also found it in the Yellow Pages phone book. for that year. You guessed it. They went on a search to collect old phone books. Yes, they found and acquired 10s of thousands of dollars in $50 off coupons. They took their car to Schibe and got it painted. After getting a bill for over $4000 they pulled out the right amount in coupons. Schibe refused to give them their car unless cash payment was made. The people took them to court and won. Schibe has sold the car under a mechanic lien. They people asked for over $50,000 and the same in punitive damages as the car was an antique. Schibe settled out of court, restructured and changed their name slightly so they wouldn't be obligated for any more paint jobs for coupons
By "assault rifle" I assume you mean machineguns, destructive devices, short barelled rifles and other items that are controlled by the NFA. What you are saying is complete BS. Such weapons are not illegal, but their purchase is controlled, and they are registered by the ATF. Other thing you got wrong, is that citizens of the US are comitting a felony if they build or modify firearms so that they fall into any of the categories devised by the NFA. However, every non-offender US citizen of appropriate age has the right to build non-NFA regulated firearms. Semi-automatic military-style rifle fall into that category. There is nothing illegal about it. (unless you live in an unconstitutional state like CA or in cities like NY and Chicago.)
farkasmate14 CA is not unconstitutional. The second amendment states A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, not support for individual untrained gun nuts who think AKs are cool. Maybe read the constitution before you comment on it next time. And learn to respect human life while you're at it.
Also Donald Trump wants to take your guns away literally. No other president has ever said that. The NRA bought off the backlash with propaganda and bribery, but the man himself is against you. His arms aren't crossed when he says it, so he is actually telling what the feels. Think about that. ruclips.net/video/yxgybgEKHHI/видео.html
And your violent crime rate staggeringly high compared to America's. You savages run around beating and robbing each other knowing no one can defend themselves. Come over here and try that shit and see where you end up. Because you don't seem too bright, I'll do the work for you, it's in a bag.
you're a funny fucker, have you looked at the crime rates between the us and the uk? the US is off the charts compared to here. Admit it, you live in a backwards country, look at your leader for fucks sake.. And I dont seem to bright? Nah I was privately educated and currently studying mechanical engineering at a top university because i am a fuck whit.
If you go to a gas station or something that sells slushies (not movie theatres) you can get a small ketchup holder cup and use that to “sample the slushies” and you can do this as much as you want with no repercussions
You're a brit and you say gun ownership is COMPLETELY illegal in the UK? You might think so, but you're wrong. It's completely legal if you have a license, with good reasons being the major qualifier. The gun laws are strict in most of europe but it is not illegal as you claim. Please research more before making these terrible videos.
"Illegal Assault Rifles" What your talking about are not assault rifles, nor are they illegal. They are simply semi-automatic sporting rifles that look similar to Select-Fire Military Rifles...and they are legal to own.
@@joka7316 not quite, it did happen, as far as him getting the points to qualify, Pepsi just had better attorneys. I guess I never heard the end of that story, I did think he got it. Thanks for the correction though
Here is something else. Most chain restaurants will honor a competitor's coupons. This means that if you visit a Burger King and have a McDonald's coupon for a quarter pounder many Burger King's will let you apply that coupon towards a whopper. Now here is the loophole, the receiving chain restaurant will NEVER investigate to see if the coupon is legitimate and valid. In other words, you can print your own coupons and take them to the competition and they won't look to see if it is real. All chains are very familiar with their own coupons and know what to look for but NONE of them ever have any training in what to look for in fakes from the competition. So you can print your own coupon for buy one Whopper and get two free and take it to a McDonald's and there is a pretty good chance that they will take it and give you two Quarter Pounders for free with your purchase of a quarter pounder. Not all will do this but many will. They won't ever complain to the authorities about you making counterfeit coupons because they have no idea if it real or not so you won't get into trouble. Just ask if they honor competitors coupons before you go to the trouble. Many retailers will do something similar. Please note that this post does not constitute legal advice and should not be interpreted as such.
hello my name is John Alan Robert Jacobs and I am proud to subscribe to your channel I watched it before and you guys did a good job keep up the good work and God bless
About that building your own gun thing... You're right about not needing a serial number, but that's about it. It's only legal to build a gun that you are legally entitled to own, so your average person cannot legally build an assault rifle. Basically, if you can walk into a store and buy it legally, it's also legal for you to make it. The media love to talk about 'ghost guns' and imply that people are 3D printing machine guns, but really it's all hyperbole. The reason that you don't need a serial number is because you are making the gun for yourself and not for sale. If you make a gun for sale you need a license and a serial number.
If you are a complete dick you can do that anywhere, coffee shop, restaurant, etc. But why the hell would you? You just took money away from someone who is performing a service. They deserve to get paid if they do that service well.
Firearms aren't completely banned in the UK - they're heavily restricted, but shotgun certificates are shall issue and rifles are relatively easy to get a licence for. Even pistols are technically available, albeit with some pretty odd limitations on length.
#2 There is no such thing as an "assault rifle". That, and a gun that is illegal to posses, is still illegal if you assemble it yourself. LEGAL guns you assemble yourself simply aren't registered.
People refuse to understand that even if you are going to build your own AR-15 or scary "assault rifle" style firearm you still have to go through all the same security measures in buying a lower receiver that you would in buying a fully assembled firearm. And there is a real slim chance you could find the resources and get away with making one automatic. Just look at the crackdown on the Glock 17 switches.
2005 Pepsi started campaign in Finland, where you would get sony vaio laptop for 1000 codes that were on bottles... well bottle of pepsi cost 1.3€ (this includes the refund price of the bottle 0.2€) and that laptop costed 2000€. This meant that ppl would buy 1000 bottles just for the codes and make 700€ (+200€ refund from empty bottles) profit for the laptop (even more if they selled the pepsi bottles)
Two loopholes Ive come to notice: How do you put something away if youre putting it inside of another space, How do you truly exit an area if your just entering another area.
Up here in Canada when the no smoking went into effect. The only place that was allowed to smoke was social clubs. So every bar sold a membership for a dollar. Which in turn let us smoke. A year later they changed the law. Then they made bars private parties where smoking was the event planners choice. So every time you entered the bar you got added to the invite list. That lasted 6 months... nothing since :( been cold smoking since
Actually, the UK has its own National Rifle Association, which is funded by Parliament. Because it's funded by Parliament, membership in this organization is "good reason" to own and practice with these weapons.
According to the Finnish fire arm legislation, you don't need a license for guns made before 1890 or if it's not cartridge operated. Home made muskets are thus completely legal.
The antique gun one also applies to the USA, in a way. You can legally own a minigun or any full auto gun, provided you jump through a bunch of legal hoops and manage to find a minigun from before 1986. Unfortunately, there are only maybe 11 such guns and they're all in private hands. They also cost around $400,000 when one does go up for sale.
I exploited the coffee loophole once. xD I only bought ten of them though, and registered for days in the winter. I don't know if it works anymore because I stopped drinking coffee.
Agreed. Very unlikely it was legal, as the loyalty scheme very likely has something in the t's + c's about one person not being allowed to register more than one card, let alone 365 of them (guessing he had to pay once every 4 years on 29th February lol).
@@MrDannyDetail and would you really want to be that guy? What a loser, wonder how much spit and pubes he drank over that year. I sure as hell would have done something to it had I seen him come in and have me make him that drink for free every day.
In Pennsylvania in certain counties if you walk across the property long enough and it's open land and you prove you're using it you can legally apply for yours
IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO PURCHASE AN AK47 IN THE UNITED STATES! There is not a nationwide sale ban. AK47's and AR15's are for sale in most every gun store. Chicago and NYC do have city bans in place however. Generally home built models are done to avoid registration and save money.
You, as a US citizen, can manufacture your own weapons at home as long as they are not for resale. That being said, they still need to follow all local and federal laws. Just because you built the weapon doesn't mean you can make it an "assault rifle".. it still needs to follow the federal laws regarding such devices and cannot be manufactured for civilians after 1986.
#2 wrong, no one in the United states can own/make an "assault rifle" unless they have a class 3 license. it is illigal to have or make a burst or fully automatic rifle with out permits. Also, it depends on the state you live in too. You can however make an AR or m4/m16 syle rifle that shoots semi automatic (one bullet per trigger squeeze). Just to clarify so people don't get caught and thrown in jail for min. 5 years.
#2 just a note: Assault Rifles is a made up term. Assembling (building) weapons yourself is legal, so long as you have the legal right to do so (i.e.. not a felon). Any weapon that requires a government stamp (title two weapons, NFA, or AOW) or has been prohibited by the National Firearms Act are still subject to federal and state laws. The only real point of building a firearm is so that you are not legally required to register said firearm with state or federal authorities, with previous stipulations as stated earlier.
One thing that isn't mentioned at all is how legal other weapons are. Blade weapons are the least restricted weapons of all. If you're of legal age or are granted legal age rights and have an ID, you can own a blade weapon, and use it. If you're certified in a certain fighting discipline, and have documentation, the age restriction is nullified. One reason why a sword > a gun, one of many. You cannot slice somebody's head off with a bullet, but a sharp enough blade can in one fell swipe. You also can't really direct ætherial energy into a gun either.
A friend of mine who can't legally purchase firearms found a loophole. He can buy black powder muzzle loaders because they are not considered firearms in the federal statutes(most states however, do) Also, at least here in Oklahoma, a muzzle loader is not considered "loaded" until it has not only powder and shot in place, but also a primer(or powder in the pan of a flintlock). My rifle with 100 grains of powder and bullet in place is not loaded with no primer in it and I can carry it that way in my vehicle as an unloaded weapon.
There was a company called e-va which gave sold game coupons like 10€ riot points etc. I bought one and there was this code. I entered it and it allowed me to participate in a game that had 50 winners. The top 3 would get 50€ cards. The game was simple, it was a time game like shoot as many targets as possible in 60 seconds. I did some tries and failed. Then I downloaded cheat engine and slowed down my browser it allowed me to hit every single target (they were hard to hit) and making me top 1.
#2 is right and wrong. Gun parts that actually are the central workings of the gun are numbered this part is called the receiver. You can legally build what's is called a "ghost gun" given its name by lack of serial number. The receiver you purchase is not complete i.e. Mostly a solid piece of aluminum that you need to do further machining on (the milling machines you mention can assist in this). Just the assembly of a gun at home does not make it a ghost gun. Many home made guns are registered at purchase because the numbered receivers are considered firearms and are treated as such.
I hope it won't be patched by the next update..

*could
Not if its air powered. Long live loopholes, Amerikka! furk yearhhh!!!!
Only usually hunting rifles for farmers etc. very rarely otherwise. (UK) Or a soldiers pistol
@I Z You can get a Firearms Certificate and own Shotguns, Rimfire rifles (.22 I believe) and technically handguns though those are substantially less common
Jedi... I dont know, I hear that PLENTY of people have guns in the UK....just not legal ones.
Just throwing this out there...
It's perfectly legal to own a fully automatic firearm in the US, with three following provisions:
1) You are required to obtain the necessary tax stamp(s).
2) You are willing to pay whatever it costs to purchase said firearm, sometimes as much as $30,000+.
3) The firearm was manufactured before 1986
#2 is not true in The USA. A parts kit's receiver must be destroyed or torch cut into 3 pieces. The receiver is what makes a firearm a firearm.
And at least we don't have a mayor that says terrorist attacks are a normal part of living in a city.
lmao, from all of us in the UK, feel completely free to keep your gun rights, seems to be working great for you guys!
Yeah it's working great for you too Chaza. Strict gun rights and there's still mass murders. We can discuss Paris too if you'd like. Stupid liberals
Mate, those antique weapons were top of the range back then; You probably stole them from our industrious nation.
And those evil gun toting Americans beat the English in 2 wars, and saved them in 2 World Wars.....USA !!!

Not completely true about British gun law. It is not "any firearm" that is illegal, it is handguns specifically. Things like hunting rifles can be bought under licence.

There's no official classification for an "assault weapon" or "assault rifle". It was made up by newies that didn't have a clue what they were talking about.
Yup. People think AR-15 stands for "assault rifle" lmfao
@@Tater4200 i know, right? AR stands for Armalite Rifle, stupid fucking liberals.
I'll give you a workable definition. Any automatic or semi-automatic long gun/rifle made specifically, and fully intended, for human warfare.

Here's a loophole: ask for cheaper! The amount of free/discounted items I've received in the past... sometimes I cleverly ask for it, such as saying "I don't have quite enough money..." other times, I just get lucky, for example, once I was staring at a bouncy castle, wishing I could go on but my mum wouldn't buy me a wristband, so this guy walks up and says "Hey, why don't you go on?" I assumed he was the owner, I tried to tell him I didn't have a wristband but he insisted that I could go on anyway :)
congrats for 500k 👌👌
Many many loopholes.
nunya biznez ok that's a minor theft for LEA's, but a murder they most definitely would work to solve
You go Mr. Phillips !!! I love that you gave the food to charity.

check the facts on number 2!! first if all you cannot build illegal assault weapons in US legally by definition assault weapons (AW) are select fire to choose between semi auto and full auto. you CANNOT build full auto weapons in the US legally don't be misinformed it Federally illegal and you can serve prison time for doing so. with that being said you can legally purchase weapons like AK47s and AR15s that are semi auto not full auto and that is what you can legally build yourself withouts registration. NOT full auto. a slew of bad Intel that could seriously out misinformed people in jail. just saying. by the way I'm a FFL holder issued by the ATF so I know what I'm talking about.
But what if its air powered?
Close. "Assault Rifles" are automatic weapons with select-fire capabilities. "Assault weapons" are guns Barbara Boxer think look scary. They have no similarity except in name, which was the point: to get people to associate unremarkable rifles with an urban Rambo mowing down a squad of police officers.
I used the term AW because it was the term they used but you're absolutely 100 percent spot on.
You may want to recheck the gun laws in the UK. it isn't illegal to own one that isn't an antique.
U guys deserve more subs!!
When did Montana change to Minnesota? 7:04
#4 Mystery Minnesota Yellowstone.
gratz for 500k!
Your American gun "facts" aren't exactly accurate. Whether intentionally misleading or just uneducated in the matter it doesn't do service to anyone.
Charles Bronson neither is his UK gun law facts.
KravMike08 sorry. You're right I was referring to a firearm with no serial number. There are plenty of unregistered firearms.
good video. loved it man
Pretty sure in some states people under the age of 18 can HAVE cigarettes but just can't BUY them their fore get caught with ciggerrettes the police can't do anything unless they have proof of you buying them lol. in most cases though you will get a ticket of some sort
KingTripleOg Same as Australia. It’s illegal for someone under 18 to buy them but not illegal for them to have or smoke them 😂

Owning a gun in the UK isn't illegal. You can apply and get a license to do so without your gun being an antique.
so wait, I can go to a hotel in Chelsea and get the room for 226 a month? I didn't get if the hotel is required to offer me the lease if I ask for it, or are there special conditions?
#10 makes no sense, you can only have one legal birthday,so all starbucks has to do is ask the guy for his birth certificate to prove legally that its his birthday that day,he filled out 364 forms illegally therefore he shouldnt get any free coffee.
Starbucks never considered that though. Also that would mean they'd have to check the certificates of each patron who signed up for a Starbucks card; something that would be costly and time consuming. Something that the majority of customers wouldn't be in to.
it would be no problem, just ask the patron for some type of ID.drivers licence or state ID when they present their card.problem solved.
All Starbucks has to do to stop that is ask for an ID card. Birth Date is right on it. Businesses ask for Military ID all the time as proof to receive military discounts. Don't see how a birthday discount is any different.
LoveYourEnemyMat544 all he has to do is just go to a different Starbucks.
hifijohn birth certificate? dude it's Starbucks...
Schibe settled out of court, restructured and changed their name slightly so they wouldn't be obligated for any more paint jobs for coupons
...rifles...*shows thompson submachine gun*

(unless you live in an unconstitutional state like CA or in cities like NY and Chicago.)
farkasmate14 it's still not illegal to do in Commiefornia, there's way more restrictions now on what features the rifle can have.
I know that, but CA compliant AR pattern rifles don't fall into the military pattern/style category. That's what I meant.
farkasmate14 CA is not unconstitutional.

"Illegal Assault Rifles"
What your talking about are not assault rifles, nor are they illegal. They are simply semi-automatic sporting rifles that look similar to Select-Fire Military Rifles...and they are legal to own.

If you go get a hair cut to the barber shop and tell them you are unsatisfied with your hair cut you get it for free 🤣🤣🤣
So looks like I'm taking a road trip to Yellowstone and plan on picking up a few adventurous people along the way.
Number one is completely wrong. Ownership of guns in the UK is not illegal. You just require a licence.
7:04 Montana* not Minnesota
you do have to register the gun, once you build it. also some parts such as the lower receiver of ar-style rifle do in fact have serial numbers.
7:04 Minnesota? u sure 'bout dat
According to the Finnish fire arm legislation, you don't need a license for guns made before 1890 or if it's not cartridge operated. Home made muskets are thus completely legal.
mikko Laurila or maxim guns.
Exploiting free coffees as Starbucks isn't a "legal loophole."
I love your videos!
Canadian Tire also has notes that are widely accepted as payment for goods and services.
Montana, not Minnesota, in #4. But very interesting video!!
In parts of the USA there is a loophole called "claiming the right to travel"
s0m3_bakeddude2 that doesn’t work, you can still be arrested for vehicle citations
Hey, heads up on the part about the murder prosecution. You said that yellowstone borders idaho and minnesota, when you meant to say montana.
The antique gun law thing is the same in Sweden. If the weapon was made before 1899, you can own it as a licence and even if you're below 18
The British: no guns
Also the British: oh yeah except this bone shattering musket this is ok
Man i love these loopholes, if only i wasn't lazy and lying on my bed all the time, i would definitely try them out
#2 wrong, no one in the United states can own/make an "assault rifle" unless they have a class 3 license. it is illigal to have or make a burst or fully automatic rifle with out permits. Also, it depends on the state you live in too. You can however make an AR or m4/m16 syle rifle that shoots semi automatic (one bullet per trigger squeeze). Just to clarify so people don't get caught and thrown in jail for min. 5 years.
Well researched video, so I subscribed!
Clearly you did not fact check, just like the poster.
You also can't really direct ætherial energy into a gun either.
hi can yiu make a compilation video on solar power?
Many home made guns are registered at purchase because the numbered receivers are considered firearms and are treated as such.
there is no part of Yellowstone in Minnesota, did you mean Montana?
