It’s actually the opposite for me. I’m 25 and I’m starting to take my health seriously. I’m exercising and taking better care of my body. I feel a lot better than when I was in my early 20s and even before that.
If a person has a poor diet and doesn't exercise, you're right they can become healthier by starting a healthy diet and exercising. However, the biology of aging is inevitable to a certain degree.
I'm mid-30's. I've started looking after my health more (always a thing I wanted to do, but put off), and TBH, I haven't really noticed much change from my 20's, other than just being slower/less-active... as though I've zenned out. I have noticed that I seem to be ill more (small colds, etc.) but maybe that's because I'm just more aware/wiser to them?
yeah no if you get lucky enough you age like fine wine lol. like my great grandparents and other relatives are in their 60s and 70s and are doing great. my mom is 40 and does working out stuff for a living and literally looks like shes in her 20s, and my dad whos also 40 looks like hes in his 30s (minus his little bit of grey hair)
I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed Machine. Your kind cling to your flesh, as if it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass that you call a temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you. But I am already saved, for the Machine is immortal… ...even in death I serve the Omnissiah.
I'm 21 and constantly worried about my health. But I also go through phases of fear/motivation and becoming overwhelmed with having the perfect routine and having time to myself. I'm in the worst shape I've been in my life but I need to learn to not beat myself up over not being as good as I was in my teens when I was working out 5 days a week or when I was in bootcamp working out every day. I've quit social media so I don't compare myself as much but it's hard to fully escape when you're trying to look for tips on what to do.
No way people are believing they will experience this right after turning 20, this differs to everybody biologically, not everyone age the same, meaning such experiences will first come much later for some compared with others.

I'm 33 and my dad found my first gray hair hiding in my afro. I'm weirdly excited for my hair to finally gray lol. But as far as aches and pains are concerned, I have a genetic disease that causes that so I genuinely can't tell the difference between my 20s and my 30s.
I’m 25 and have already started to get grey hair in areas but small patches my beard is fine though 😂. I’ve started these last 8 months of exercising regularly and trying to change my diet still working on that part. Fussy eater haha 😆 I can definitely say I feel better and have way more energy than when I was in my teenage years and 20s. I used to always feel cold could never get warm id also have pains in my body mostly knees and knuckles sometimes chest pains but after exercising more it’s like my body’s saying this is what it needed haha. Apart from my weird condition of regular nosebleeds and severe migraines I feel way better than ever.

I'm 57 and feel fantastic. Fitter, flexible, very good muscle mass, BMI etc. Crosstrainer and yoga workouts 4-5 times a week. Mostly plant based diet with occasional fish, daily algae intake (for the last 15-20 years), 4 out of 7 days intermittent fasting for 14-16 hours. I have great health, skin, hair, vitality, energy - no conditions, meds or problems. Have been much healthier in my 40's & 50's than I was in my 20's & 30's..
I'm 27 I'm now trying to get my life more together but physically I have noticed one or two gray hairs and slight lines that will be wrinkles. My vision is also slightly worse than before.
I’m about to turn 23 and I realize I haven’t been taking my health seriously in quite some time and it’s already starting to a toll on me. I’m trying to be more active but I can’t keep the motivation sometimes.. I know that if I don’t start now it’s not going to end well for me
