Nissan is the best car in my opinion. It is very reliable and practical. Spare parts are available at a very reasonable price. It is indeed the best Japanese car
Thank you for producing the new Nissan Z despite the global challenges. I just hope that Nissan Corp put a cap on the mark ups or eliminate them completely. That will dictate if I buy a second Nissan Z or the Supra in which offers a manual gearbox.
Dealer are Franchises, not company owned. Legally, there is nothing much they can do in that department. If they do, that can be seen as retaliation. Manufacturers don't set actual prices, the dealers/retailers do based on market conditions. Which means that prices can be lower than MSRP, at MSRP or Above MSRP
Very nice , I’ve owned a 1975 280z, 1980 280zx, 1982 280zx turbo. My problem with all the Z after is the hood opens up the WRONG direction, why???? You keep the three gauges and all the other. Fix the price and the hood
You guys better get a handle on your dealer network and put a cap on their markup. Your reputation is already in tatters thanks to Renault as well as the ghosn scandal. You don't want to be taking more hits rn.
Try calling your local dealer? The Protos started hitting dealers in September, Sport/Performance models have been hitting dealer floors since the start of October.
Haha at least you all are getting mark up, every dealership I have called had a bidding war for the car. "The 2023 Z is a nice car we have few others looking at it and I think our best offer is 90k"

Nissan USA needs to stipulate to it’s dealerships that one Z out of their shipment cannot be pre-sold and must be used as a demo. My dealership was informed by Nissan that they will be receiving nine Z’s the end of November. I was asked by the dealership if I wanted to order one. They couldn’t tell me what spec Z’s or colors they would be receiving. I can’t believe they expected me to order one like this. Call me old school, but I am not ordering a car that I haven’t even sat in, no less driven. I asked if I could test drive one of the nine and their reply was no since they all will be pre-sold. While your at it Nissan, also please put a stop to these unscrupulous exorbitant dealer mark-ups. You have advertised this as an affordable sports car, now make sure that you are true to your words. You can do it. Dealerships are clamoring for the Z, just say, you mark up, you get no more Z’s.
I’ll buy one, but no dealership market adjustments/price mark ups. We’re tired of these thieves selling your cars trying to bend us over and have their way….. beautiful car though.😊

My last 6 vehicles have all been Nissans and I've been very happy with the brand. That said something is happening at Nissan, Renault owns 45% of Nissan and they are bailing which doesn't bode well for the company. And by my about by summer comment, summer is over we had flurries here in western Illinois already.
To learn more about the oil pressure gauge operation, we invite you to check out Section 2-11 of the Owner's Manual here: www.nissanusa.com/content/dam/Nissan/us/manuals-and-guides/nissan-z/2023/2023-nissan-z-owner-manual.pdf.
It's a great looking car and everything that we have been wanting since the Z32 ended production. While I love my 350Z, I wish Nissan offered a turbo or twin turbo with the 350/370Z. I was wanting get this Z but the stealerships are going to ruin this car by the insane mark ups that they have been doing. I've seen some stealerships saying that they're already going to mark up the non Proto spec trims when they are available. And they're not talking about a couple of grand either but $20K+ USD. If they're going to do this then I myself may have to wait before getting ahold of one. Heck, I work a real job and make pretty good money, but when stealerships are trying to mark up a $43K+ car to $60K+ if we're lucky, it just isn't idealistic to be honest. Just saying.
The car market ridiculous prices are rapidly falling. By this holiday season hopefully it's back to normal. Granted these might still have a premium on them , but I'm hoping no more than 5k in most places. Can't decide between this , The new Type R or the GR Corolla CE.
so the "new" tech that was added is to make the passenger think your a better driver and not actually make you a better driver? less mass and more steering feel would probably actually helped the drive :/ I still love the styling though
@@aymansaid1253 I was talking launch control, and I'm just sorta sad that for the last gas z it's being more dulled down and electrified and more grand touring oriented cuz I love z cars so much, but ig that's what sells I hope the nismo ends up a true nismo I'm just speaking from watching tons of reviews btw these have barley shipped out
I'm afraid it'll cost too much though. My current plan is to just pull the rear seat out of my old Altima to save weight and rebuild the engine and suspension ._. They make turbo kits for the 2.4L too
Nissan usa should be embarrassed. 2021 of august showing a preproduction model that was supposed to be pushed out in spring of 22. Oct 19th still no performance/sport trims. I hope the team gets fired
@@FeistyPineapple just an ignorant reply. 23 supra is already here, gr corolla shown in april 1st on its way, integra prototype in dec already at dealers in march. Bro my dealer says the Canadian units have been shipped but going Canadian "beaurocracy" inspections before being shipped. He could be lying but it's such a dumb lie to make when he loses nothing from me canceling (people still lined up for the Z after pre orders dried up). My only other consideration is a used n55 m2. That's the only car that can make me forget the Z sadly, I don't want a 370 and American cars are not my style right now
Loaded with layers of help modes to assist in managing a car which is leagues beyond your wildest dreams of driving skill. Lame. But at least the engineers had fun.
