They're made in the same factory.
Since the "originals" are made in China, the law there states that the "molds" have to be shared between factories to prevent the stoppage in production if one factory closes shop.
Even if it's not the same factory or using the exact same type of plastic, it's still in essence the exact same thing. Only sold without the crazy margins of profit from the brand 🤙
