So you're focused on that, rather than on the stuff on the walls you're passing by - you pull the lever as you run, because it might do _something_ useful, or once you've passed it and hit a closed door, and then only after that do you realize you're cornered and subsequently realize she's also stuck. Most players certainly notice the machine, but don't think much of it until they're backed against a wall next to it and see it doing its thing.
"You'll make me part of him!" what if all the toys you kill get combined into that monster and at the last chapter you will have to fight that thing with all of the killed toys on it
Im imagining that at the end we will fight the amalgamation using all or most of the mechanics that we discovered through the game, like pulling boxes from the ceiling to hit it like with huggy wuggy. It would be interisting.

After listening to this a bunch I realized she says “he’ll make me part of him,” which means mommy and most likely huggy are going to be part of whatever Frankenstein's boss is left to defeat Now that I think about it, I know we all know the theory of the toys being kids who were orphans. I think mommy is different. Mommy was a mother, an adult mother they tried testing on. She could've been grieving over the death of a child, or maybe she was abusive and it led to her child being killed and she regrets it and wants a second chance. Thus becoming Mommy, an overly loving toy who wanted to care for every child. If she ever messed up, her second chance would be over and she would be scraped for better uses, possibly to be part of The Prototype. She went too far, spiraling out of control because she hated all the kids leaving and not really caring for her as much as she cared for them. The scientists and the adults were taking them away from her. So she was restricted to that one part of the factory where she would never know where the kids went after the train took them away. She blames the player for the whole place shutting down and the kids vanishing because they were abandoned. She was given a final chance by Prototype to stop this player to prove she still had some sort of use. But when she failed, her usefulness as mommy ended and now, she will serve a greater purpose to further itself. You see how the hand is like made of noodles? That's only the skeleton, it's like in Coraline with the other mother. The prototype is piecing itself together with what resources it can get.

I like the detail that after her leg gets caught, she tries to flip the lever back up with her other leg but ends up using it for support. The entire sequence is really well-animated. Edit: Can we also talk about how the door opens after all this happened? I feel like 1006 is purposely using the player to take down the other monsters so he can assimilate them, and helping them along to accomplish that. Which calls into question whether Kissy Missy was actually trying to help or just following 1006's orders.

The creature is most likey gonna be the final boss with all the former enemies body parts attached to it. I believe the hand doesn't exactly have a fully form body

the poppy playtime devs really made sure that this game wasen't a kids game with mommys death.

Edit: Can we also talk about how the door opens after all this happened? I feel like 1006 is purposely using the player to take down the other monsters so he can assimilate them, and helping them along to accomplish that. Which calls into question whether Kissy Missy was actually trying to help or just following 1006's orders.
