A bunch of criminals deciding what's criminal, how ironic...
Hey there. First time?
Because this is all that government ever is.
Dont forget Uncle Sam's distant cousin Schlomo and how deep his pockets go to make sure our senators are wealthy, as government servants, yet not representing their people while representing lobbyists.
Interesting how fast all of Congress has put aside their differences to try to strip citizens of their rights when they can't even pass a budget. Very interesting priorities they got there. And they cross party lines.
Clearly unconstitutional.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
It’s stupid and hateful speech. And entirely protected.
There's a real reason why the freedom of speech should never be limited. Since there have never been in the entire human history that government and or people in power was able to solve a social issue.
9/11 Noticer Suppression Act of 2023
The problem with Nico's closing argument is that there are already speech codes, and they align perfectly with those opposed to free speech generally. They win on two counts: they get to speek their minds freely AND prevent others from speaking.
This hints at one strategy to destroy Title VI altogether: put in speech codes that they hate so maybe they'll realize that the sword is double-edged. Then all factions would be able to agree on at least one thing: they should be able to speak.
1. AntiZIONISM is NOT antiSEMITISM.
2. And if even if someone is an antisemite in words but takes NO violent action it is something protected under the 1st Amendment.
Spoken like a true Nazi.
The bill is intended to deal with your first objection by legally defining anti-Zionism as a form of anti-Semitism.
Prosemitism at this point is no different than support a terror group!
They dont seem to see their flaw.
Making it not a religion but a hate group.
@@DanHowardMtl spoken like a true Nazi? have you seen your search history bud? sure commie
@@DanHowardMtl defend your homeland.
F the Z!
Israeli Protectorate of America?
they cry out in pain as they strike you. you guys really don't get it yet do you?
Yes. Undoubtedly. Enough support for Israel, Palestine, Russia, or Ukraine. America First.
Well said. I'd add to that ending all foreign aid. My home country is Pakistan, and I donate MY OWN money whenever there is a natural disaster but enough with the bullshit foreign aid.
1. We have American veterans starving and homeless that take priority.
2. The government is awful at distribution and completely unaccountable. The Pentagon can't account for trillions, and we expect foreign aid in a corrupt country to be allocated to those who need it most? Yeah, right!
It’s not ADDING a DEFINITION… it is authorizing an external entity to constantly REDEFINE the LAW with a “working definition”.
Ron DeSanctimonious believes in freedom... when it suits him.
Same as Greg Abbot, Ben Shapiro, or the Orange Man himself.
Yep, it's not gonna be Kenneth Stern who takes the blame, it's gonna be the GOP.
Yep, it's not gonna be Kenneth Stern who takes the blame, it's gonna be the GOP. There are already comments on here blaming Ron DeSantis.
Stupid Congress overreach again......
Who is running the country?
A different country
Israel
Foreskinless small hat wearers.
The Zees. of course.
Read "the |$real lobby"
Zorg? lol
Practicing Christianity would be illegal if this bill is passed into law.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my brain's thoughts, that I feel I had the freedom to make.
womp womp
blaming any full manipulated people sounds absurd anyway
only God knows the heart of everybody in everything in every moment
Never mind I am not Jewish enough for “the” Jews.
The short answer is "No".
The longer answer is "No, they just don't want your tax dollars being spent promoting Hamas propaganda".
get rid of the Dept of Education and of title 9.
I oppose all hate speech laws, but why should some one who attacks you because they believe that you're gay, Black, or Jewish get a pass because they were mistaken, why should you can't prove that you're gay be a defence, when there's audio of me calling you the n-word, to mix my example, if you were only wearing a yamaka for a costume party?
Good luck legislating morality.
CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL !
Just got to do, what you think ’you' are choosing to do. No choice, but¡¿! 🤔😱😤🤯
Good Day 🌍🌎🌏
End Christianphobia now.
Anti everything else.
Every religion.
Every ideology
Everything.
We have a right to call out evil.
No matter who's name they claim.
Its somewhat heavy handed and just a bad idea.
If they want to rally students who are illinformed about Israel this is the perfect way to do it and make themselves look bad.
Unless they're directly funding terrorists and their actions i think whatever the protects/whiners do is fine.
If we die, all our brain cells die too.
That would make us, thoughless, you would think, if you thought enough about it, and didn't hate the thought of it, to make a magic Daddy that will let you come back and live with him, as long as you use your free will, to do exactly as he tells you to do.
Can I get a amen?! 😇
Does this update to the definition of anti-Semitism within the civil rights act apply only to federal funding? Or does it silence speech more broadly?
Just replace "antisemitism' and call it bigotry for all.
We have a right to be bigoted.
Bigotry is protected by the First Amendment.
@@Matt-of2eqAgreed. And stupid, and gullible, and hateful. All protected speech.
Yep. It’s protected speech.
The example Nico Perrino brings up is similar to "First they came ..." poetry
Hey stop critizing what I'm doing
Everything you read or don't read changes your brain matter and energy. I have no free will but to typo what my subconscious shoots into my consciousness, and then it, my subconscious matter and energy algorithm causes 'my decision' to send it or not.

I have repeatedly been “perceived Jewish” by complete strangers.
I spent a few years as a Noachide. During that time, my students insisted I was Jewish, because I "looked Jewish".
This Congress makes Trump look competent.
I think most realize that after 1yr of Biden's tyranny... at least Trump was honest in a lot of things, just not his business dealings (just like every businessman)
Enforce the law
You can say what you want on a street corner, but you don't have the right to make a tax funded campus a hostile environment to Jewish students.
true, but we havent seen any Jews being attacked until they attack first... but most of these protests on Uni is organized by Jews Against Hate who are mainly "Self-hating" Jews
If you are against a bill fighting anti-Semitism, what does that make you?
based and red pilled.
