The pumpkin is my fave by far. I love how they grow and didn't realize they had such nice yellow (edible? lol) flowers. The way the large green ivy leaves grow too are really nice.

Hey,I am just doing an Avacado seed & I have balanced it on wire in a jar of water & put in a ziplocked bag..I am shocked how quick mine cracked,it's root is about an inch long now and I can see the bud in the middle,I would say it's took about a month,or just over,I will have to check..I have tried it before,infact I have tried it a few times lol..I bought the more expensive Avacado this time.. I just don't know what to do next lol,like what soil I should put it in,I wasn't expecting to get this far..and also people cut the first leaves off,cut so far down the stem,they say it makes the plant stronger..I don't know if I will be able to do that if I get that far😂😂.. I wish you good luck in growing your Avacado..it does take time & patience..take care🤘🏻💜🤘🏻💜
They take a long time to germinate. It must be the most exasperating plant I have ever tried to grow. I have 6 in a jar, which came from a tree, with a little water, all wrapped in paper napkins and sealed tightly. Of the 6, only two began to show roots after a month or more. I put one in a pot but I think it dried out and the other I put in a smaller jar with a quart of water and sealed it with plastic wrap and left it in a semi-shaded place. It seems that this last method works better than putting it directly in a pot. The problem is that there are many ways and even finding the right one takes a long time. I have seen that they cut the stem to more or less 15 centimeters so that longer and stronger roots are generated, but I am not crazy about cutting mine with all the effort it took to germinate it.
Incredible what God has created. If you think thats accidental, nothing has design like this. Random means Chaos, not complex designs like this. Jesus is God. Ask God if he is there I wanna know you.

liquid fertilise every week and blood n bone powder fertilizer once a month, and always keep moist but not wet, mine have survived 3 years

How does the avocado sprout so quickly??? I have had several seeds in water for easily a month, and some are just beginning to show a small root. 😢😢😢
I kept the seed in plastic container humid for a week or so... it helps a lot. All seeds are different also.
