To be honest the fact that it even runs this game is kind of blowing my mind. This game is a masterpiece in scale. To optimize a game across so many devices and have it work with maps this big and look this good is fucking nuts. I'm not a fan of a lot of what COD has done but technically this blows 99% of games out of the water.

@168 Original if you haven't played it on next generation consoles you don't even know what you are missing. I played this on my ps4 slim and it's awful next to the ps5. The difference from 60hz to 120hz is enormous with how much better it feels.
We need a graphics option for console to make the resolution of the textures lower to keep the game at a 60 frames. As I'm not gonna enjoy playing this game on my original Xbox one.. Because if you're getting 30-50 frames average on your Xbox one s. I can only imagine the basic launch Xbox one.

@@socom2wasgreat542 actually, the game was made on the Xbox one and ps4 first to make sure that it would work then moved it over the the next gen consoles. Every game going forward will be made on the base models first to make sure they are decent and can run before they get them out.

It’s really unplayable on Xbox One. Enemies, vehicles, and your own movement is too stuttery. Graphics all look dull, and the frames aren’t good not to mention lag. I can’t believe the way it is is acceptable to be made available. Worse than BF2042, it’s literally a worse MW2019 with different font and bomb drones. Why sink time into it when all of the things you earn or the things you buy just for esthetic don’t matter in 2 years because the new ones out. There is a bundle for $100 bro they want that money, grinding is not worth it. Hackers, PC overlords, sweats for no reason, I’m sorry I play games for enjoyment. The standard Xbox One is basically exactly the same as the Xbox One S in terms of hardware. You may be getting 3 extra frames per second, perhaps (or similar), but that's it. If I'd test the game on an Xbox One, you'd be seeing a very identical framerate to the one in the video.
