Game looks amazing no doubt but from the beta i felt like it was lacking something that what those games i mentioned has, like the "it" factor. I feel like the games an OK 3rd person shooter, its not bad nor is as good as i hoped for. One thing that bothered the hell out of me was, the only time you will see an enemy out in the open is when youre in a mission. If you arent, the entire map is EMPTY and LIFELESS.

Lol, I felt the same way. It reminded me of anthem when I saw those numbers pop up when shooting and the idiot AI. Yes the animations need more work as does the VO, which sound lackluster and repetitive. Most rooms will be kill everything before progressing, and adding in a switch for good measure. It's standard because you need something to do between area or it's becomes quite boring to go from area to area with nothing to actually do in a shooting game(if it don't have enough things to shoot, I mean that's the point). When you pay these games your want to use all your abilities and shooting is part of the combat cycle.

This looks closer to Anthem than Outriders, the gunplay seems very Anthem like. The enemy even responds like Anthem goofball dunces. Outriders enemies aren't much smarter, but they tend to rush you down be it humanoid or monster, with only specific classes who hang back at shoot from a distance and flee if you get too close. While the visuals look very nice, some of the effects looked unpolished currently, that thing at the beginning with it's gun and the light from it's laser was clipping through the weapon itself and looking 2+ generations old 2D textures instead of using particle effects. The player characters VO sound uninspired in delivery, they might want to work on that. It looks interesting, but I'm not certain if it can release as a well put together product. Will wait until I see more later on, but it has potential.
The voice acting is pretty questionable and the second she landed in the hub area, I was like, “Oh gosh, it’s just Destiny!” I will say the game looks cool aesthetically. The designs of characters, that first boss, and the enemy ship in the cutscene are pretty memorable. Shoot, even the view as you spawn in the hub area is nice looking. But if aesthetics are all a video game has going for it, it shouldn’t be a video game. I couldn’t help but wish this was a movie instead

Ummm was I the only one that got the impression that the heart of iron looks like the motherbox from the DC movies? The beginning gave me a man of steel vibe for some reason, it looks good so far although it still needs work. It would be fun if they added a fable Easter Egg, since there is Albion lol
I hope this the better answer to outriders...you can fight bosses without being attacked by little minions every fight or some world level bullcrap that has to do with weapon level
They're kind of dumb. As you progress in missions they just end up throwing quantity over quality. So you just end up backing them into corners or long corridor like sections and mow them down with bullets.

Wtf? Have you ever played Destiny? Nothing about this remotely looks like Destiny. Destiny isn't even played in 3rd person, you should your eyes checked. There are easily 3 TPS that easily can be referenced and those are Anthem, Outriders and The Division. How you get Destiny by looking at this is nuts.
They have to fix that double jump animation tho 😅 looks like super mario or whatever 😂 should add somekind of mechanical boost jump like jetpack or rocket boots whatever it makes better than it is in the video 😅
having played the beta, the game is very pretty but it is just so stiff to play, and the quest / encounter design is non existent. You go to a location and a wave of brainless push overs just spawn right in front of you, they are so unthreatening you can kind of just run and hipfire them to death no need to even use your powers or break line of sight (not that you have many opportunities) its just so unengaging. The bosses arent much better they atleast are threatening enough to have you peak from behind a pillar or shipping container for cover but thats about the extent of the difference.
the downside of having a GRAPHICS RICH game is you are selling the GRAPHICS not the GAMEPLAY. which means it will be TOO EXPENSIVE PRICE for something that could have been affordable. it looks decent but not excited about it for this reason.

fighting looks like in fallout 76... no dodging?? just take bullet on chest??? yeah good mechanic in range fighting game... meabe looks nice but... that kind of mechanic scare's me. in that kind of games is more like how good you got EQ than your skill.
I think Elden Ring has permanently ruined other games for me like this one. As soon as I can see an objective marker I can't be bothered investigating the game with my time or money.

Pretty impressed with this considering that this is mostly a mobile game developper. I didn't know they were working on a pc game

I played the beta on PC, but it is coming to next gen consoles and pc when it launches.
