@@vRagg. well, typically when doing these types of busking, they stay for a couple hours (3-4 i think. maybe more?). so they might be trying to conserve their energy?
I believe this isnt the first cover of the day when they were busking, they do a Guess of about maybe 30 songs each time. So it may be hard to do some tougher ones near the end. Plus Undercover is a pretty tough song, and they take it a bit lightly as its just busking, not performing something new.

they perform lots of songs during their busking so they tend not to go all out on one performance
