  • This is me, sitting in my studio apartment in quarantine. This is me having accidentally left conditioner in my hair (quarantine is going well). This is me, being more Jewish than I’ve ever been. And like, I teach kids how to chant from the Torah.
I put together an arrangement of two versions of Mi Chamocha-a Jewish text meaning "who is like you?" Sometimes referred to as "Song of the Sea," the words are found in Exodus and depict the celebration of the Jews safely crossing the Red Sea.
Created for the 4/5 Passover Zoom service at the Unitarian Universalists of San Mateo.

Was looking for a different version of the song - but stayed to listen - WOW! Incredible!

Fantastic arrangements of both songs! It's your uncle Bruce's friend, Cantor Aviva Rosenbloom.
