Fun sound effect with motorcycle in front of you. Hubby and I are 7 years apart- not so much now but lots of raised eyebrows when I was 15 when we met. 50 years later doesn't make any difference. Also, some folks go to college later in life - don't judge some of us didn't get to go right from high school - it took me 10 years, marriage and a couple of children before I could start. Introduce yourself - not everyone worries about age differences.
I hear you and if I’m being honest most of my dialogue is pretty much my way of saying that I am too big of a wimp to ask her out. I was 15 years older than my girlfriend of a few years when I was 40. I really don’t think there’s anything wrong with the age difference at almost any level we’re all adults.
You go to pick the food up, and they tell you another 5 minutes, but in reality the restaurant just received the order and is going to take 25 to 30 minutes? These are the games they play with the couriers and act as if the courier is not going to be pissed about waiting because for the courier it is all about picking up the order and deliver to customer as fast and safe as possible. We as couriers know we are losing money just by simply waiting. And some restaurant employees will let the food sit there and forget how to multitask.
I hear that! I feel like being on a scooter gives me an advantage. I know the drivers around here have a hard time parking their car. I’m sure sometimes they feel like it’s more of a hassle to cancel the order and have to find parking for the next job than anything else. I keep my completion ratio high so if I want to cancel a job I just do it. Appreciate you watching the videos!

I have to work lunch and dinner to earn $115 and $15 of that goes to gas. Today at Steak n Shake they handed me a drink carrier and the handle ripped off. The manager scolded me and told me I should know not to carry them by the handle. I told her it's never ripped before and if they know it rips they shouldn't load up the carrier with so many drinks. Instead of remaking one of the shakes that spilled she only put the lid back on and loaded it into another carrier and continued to try and shift the blame onto me. I was frustrated and left but I should have insisted she remake that shake because I got a one star right afterwards.

Let me ask you a question do you edit the restaurant wait time off your videos because every order you walk in and they are handing the order at you before you even walk through the door. Where in real life here in Florida we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes at the restaurant 😫
It is edited the same way Poker on TV is. When you watch an hour of poker on TV you’re probably watching an eight hour tournament day at a minimum. When you watch a 20 minute episode of mine you’re probably watching a 4 hour day so yeah it’s highly edited. That being said I don’t take shit from these restaurants and I generally don’t wait. Always enjoyable videos. My first scooter is about 2-3 weeks away and I was wondering since your the scooter guru, can you charge up using say a 5amp charger and a 2amp charger at the same time safely.
I understand so at a minimum you have to buy at least a $100 bike lock. I use the Kryptonite line. If you are very worried about it you could actually buy 2 locks and study on RUclips how to use them properly. Apparently it is very easy to incorrectly use these locks which makes them very easy to remove by an expert thief.

Can you put the name of your scooter? 👍🏻😎and you leave your scooter outside? That seems so unsafe😂btw how long does your scooter last? Whole day? Or 1-4 hrs?
hey there - I ride only Dualtrons I own 4 of them. it is a little unsafe to leave but if I am not locking it up it is usually within eyesight. This is why you often see me take it into the apartment buildings that is the safest of course. The scooter lasts me about three or four hours but you wanna think of it as a typical user in range. I get about 40 miles per charge for each scooter battery.
I think that would be a good suit or if you want to work part time. You could probably do 4/5 3 mile deliveries before needing a recharge. I use a pretty expensive kryptonite lock you’ll see it in the videos

I have heard 25-28mph but it’s hard to say. I just have all my vehicles set for about 22 mph at maximum throttle. I was flagged/warned very early on, we’re talking over two years ago, and I still take it seriously. Probably save my ass from a lot of accidents LOL

If you remember and if you feel like it mention the street your delivering to every once in a while. I’ve always wanted to know where exactly in the city you’re going, what ground you’re covering. Probably only enjoyable for angelenos. Thanks man!
That is truly unfortunate because for a time Singapore was practically the center of small electric vehicles for the world. One of the best scooter mechanics I ever met was from Singapore. I had lunch with him he told me a lot about the country. Apparently it’s very strict there about almost everything but also a great safe place to live.
What's the best scooter under 600 dollars for Doordash. That still is safe on city roads that are messed up? My commute would be 7 miles to work and 7 miles back. And door dash in my freetime
What vehicle option are you using on the doordash app so that you may use a scooter? I want to use my dualtron for deliveries as well but have found that people get kicked off the app for going faster than a regular bike while using the bike option. I reached out to doordash but it is taking a bit longer for me to get a response from them.
Thanks for watching and commenting! I always take a day off in the rain. Electric vehicles and rain don’t mix very well. Make sure to check out my other episodes I’ve made 400 of them!
I asked because I live in Seattle so it looks like I won’t be getting a scooter haha! I’ll def be checking out your other videos. Thanks for replying. 🙏🏻
Dear Yogi Steve: Thank you for your great videos! For how long (months, years, miles) lasts one of the scooter motors? Did motors and batteries die in your case?
hey there thank you! The motors last a very long time I'm not sure how long will probably more than 30,000 km . The batteries are generally rated for about 20,000 km
I think they are both very good but obviously I prefer the scooter. If you are out there on a $4000 bike it’s much more of a target for theft than a $4000 scooter. There are some benefits to the bike mainly that the technology is better and they are easier to get repaired.
I’m sorry I don’t have any links they are pretty generic they go by different names - Airmoto and Veeape Are the current names I see them using. Typically about 50 bucks.
I have gone through quite a few of these over the years they constantly go by different names they are very generic. Look for brands approximately in the $50 range for decent quality. I think right now they are going by the name brands Langool and Airmoto and probably others.
So here’s about what to three questions for you I also do deliveries here in the Miami Beach area but I also want to be doing videos as well my channel is based on South Florida and Miami beach tours showing people around Miami Beach but nine times out of 10 I’ll be doing deliveries I like your set up would you recommend the chest mount for the camera as I also have a 360 as well as the one on your handlebar also I’m going to get that bag from that site you recommended thank you so much for that and my next question is What editing software do you use? The reason I mentioned the 360 and your handlebar was because I placed my 360 on the handlebar to do videos and sometimes depending on the road it shakes to them much complete headache.
hey there that sounds pretty good! I have a GoPro hero eight on my chest and a GoPro hero nine on a small tripod for the secondary shots. I don’t necessarily recommend shooting with the 360 because it adds a lot more editing but it’s up to you. I use iMovie editing half it’s pretty easy.

I get about 35 miles per charge. That usually lasts about a four hour shift.
Also does it give you option for scooter or bike? Since it can’t go as long distance
Each app is different. On Uber eats and post mates I am vetted as a bicycle courier. On DoorDash I am a scooter courier.
Dope video
It so good to use electric scooter but in my country singapore cannot use
That is truly unfortunate because for a time Singapore was practically the center of small electric vehicles for the world. One of the best scooter mechanics I ever met was from Singapore. I had lunch with him he told me a lot about the country. Apparently it’s very strict there about almost everything but also a great safe place to live.
i just started working this market and its great!! i also saw you too hahaah
What's the best scooter under 600 dollars for Doordash. That still is safe on city roads that are messed up? My commute would be 7 miles to work and 7 miles back. And door dash in my freetime
You can do deliveries on any vehicle, but cheap scooters at this price point will not last long under hard use.
thank you for the videos. how did you set up the box on the scooter?
Bungee cords! Pretty much the answer to holding anything down.
What vehicle option are you using on the doordash app so that you may use a scooter? I want to use my dualtron for deliveries as well but have found that people get kicked off the app for going faster than a regular bike while using the bike option. I reached out to doordash but it is taking a bit longer for me to get a response from them.
I am vetted as a scooter driver. DoorDash doesn’t care how fast you go but on Uber eats you have to stay under 25 mph.
How do you roll when it’s pouring down rain? Just found you and love your channel! 🙏🏻
@@m.b.593 I hear that I know you get a lot of rain there. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@yogadude1234 How long does your scooter battery last excellent job
Sushi girl! Get some sushi!
That's an awesome airpump.
I love it. It was recommended to me by Ginger on Wheels.
What scooter and airpump are you using? Do you carry extra batteries or what is the range on a single battery?
Airmoto portable pump from Amazon
My range is about 35 miles per charge
Hey bro, what gloves are you using and do the wrist guards interfere with gripping the handle bars? Love the videos, keep them coming!
They do not interfere with gripping I got them on Amazon I am sorry I cannot find the link at the moment.
@@yogadude1234 Thank you bro
What do you think is best for food deliveries electric bikes or electric scooter?
I think they are both very good but obviously I prefer the scooter. If you are out there on a $4000 bike it’s much more of a target for theft than a $4000 scooter. There are some benefits to the bike mainly that the technology is better and they are easier to get repaired.
Can you do a video on your bag setup how did you attach it to the scooter ? I’m thinking about buying the bag and wearing it on my back while I ride
Here ago I plan on updating this pretty soon but it is still accurate

Any links for the air pump?
I’m sorry I don’t have any links they are pretty generic they go by different names - Airmoto and Veeape Are the current names I see them using. Typically about 50 bucks.
I have that same pump it is awesome!
Yes it is Richard I have two of them!
Awesome video. What air pump do you use?
