Hey bhaijaan, just a doubt, there have been few times where due to staff shortages i had to do 21 hours in a week , but i got paid as per 20 hours a week only, and the extra hours that i did in that month got stored and got adjusted into the months where i worked less hours in some months. all the salary slips which I received except for the vacation period where full time was allowed i have beem under 80 hours part time hours only, will this be still a problem to apply for psw.?

Hi, informative video. But i have a question, that the week start from Monday. But if the new month begins and some days come in the last month week, so it will consider in new month or the old week of the month. I'm confused about this. Like my week start from 29th April to 5th May. So i am confused it considering in the may month or april.
The record is kept on weekly basis. Your official documents say 20 hrs per week. It has nothing to do with months.

UKVI define a week as a period of 7 days starting with a Monday. During this period, you must not work more than the maximum hours per week allowed by your visa. This weekly limit includes paid work and unpaid work. (Consider to subscribe channel)

And passport details se right to work/ share code bhi nahi mil raha. Two months hone aaye ab job bhi kaise start Kare. Please help to find a way to get right to work or authentic letter that my wife can start work full-time and get share code to prove right to work to employer

Means ager NI per 40hours ki pay arahi hai monthly so kiya pta kiya ja skta hai k kis kis week mae kitny hours add kiya huy han employer ne.
