Well this is a very unique situation and I guess it's better to call them on their helpline number and they will be able to help you out. You can google 'HMRC tax account helpline' to get there contact number, hope this helps 🙂

Hey, I don't think so you can claim National Insurance tax unless you think that you've overpaid. And in case you did, then you will automatically receive a refund in your next pay slip or in end of the year.
You can talk to your employer and they should sort this out for you. In case if they don't, then you can call HMRC and they will help you out. Hope this helps 🙂

I would advise you to check your payslip first and to check your tax code. Also, please call HMRC and try to sort this out with them, hope this helps
I try the same way couple of times but when i scan my brp its not gone through what to do?

Why is mine asking me for tax and NI deduction and as a student dey don't deduct tax and it's not accepting 0.00
You will still need to pay NI despite you being a student. You will only need to pay tax if your salary is above £12,500, hope this helps ☺️
