Your content has been great. Best golf channel in the biz! Also, good vibes to Wes, now that he’s healthy, go out there and kill it. I know you’ll be back on the tour in no time!!
Played this course the same day as they did. I was in the same position as Brock on 16. It makes me feel a lot better knowing we had the same result after our first putts. Also, saw George there that day and at AGC the next day. Thanks for be super nice dude!!
Those Ross greens (at any of his courses) are so tough when they're fast! You pretty much never want to be hole-high or past because they all become pull-and-pray shots. And shortside chips are also dicey. Props to you guys for keeping the 3-putts to a minimum!
As a follow up, if you are ever come back in Augusta and short of playing the National, you might try playing Goshen Plantation Golf Course. Vaughn Taylor grew up on this course and I believe still claims it as his home course. At one time it was one of the top 20 courses in Georgia. Spike Kelley is the pro at the course and ex-touring pro. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the layout of the course and the difficulty it can present. Just a suggestion.
Broc is a nice guy giving you a chance on #18 and allowing the shot. The OB road on 17 and 18 is what makes the drives on those holes so compelling. I'm not sure there is a bigger risk reward par 4 in Augusta than #18 at FHGC, especially where it falls on the golf course. I used to question it as a finishing hole but that little 302 yard hole can make or break a round and a tournament. It can and will bite you! Great to see you guys filming and playing The Hills. The greens are rolling and good to see the course greening up after another cold and wet winter.
Great video George, as usual from the best channel on UTube. Blessings to both You and Wesley, I know once he is fully healthy he will find his game and be back kicking ass on the Tour, Respect from Richard in Cosby, east Tennessee. POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!
No harm in playing it as in bounds in a fun match. I've played off the road in casual rounds. Its fun to see if you can pull that shot off. In tournaments and member events the road on 17 and 18 is always listed as OB in the local rules.
It's hard to tell from the video, but at 23:57 it looks like you might have had another option. It looks like you could have hit an iron to bank the ball off (or roll the ball up) the hill to the left of the bunker. It wouldn't have put you particularly close, but what you did seemed risky (and didn't pay off). Maybe I'm wrong, but that hill looks like it would pull the ball quite a bit to the right at the right speed.
so, let's take a moment to break down the first 15 seconds of the match. Each player takes one swing with a driver off the tee on a par4. First guy, the D1 champion, hits a nice draw up the left side almost straight at the green. Someone off camera who is, ahem, not a D1 champion and has yet to swing a club in this match says "good swing" ... Does that set the tone for the rest of the video? Or do we have to watch him actually shag a ball into the woods right of the fairway before we can confidently say that moment has come? Ok let's say that the D1 champion has to politely say "thank you" to the gratuitous compliment and then be kind, gentle and reserved when his challenger/critic shags a ball right into the woods off the tee on the very next shot, before we have that moment. Good stuff. So let's skip to the end and see who won..I've got $100 on the D1 champion...
If there was nothing on the card or posted anywhere about OB left on #18 I would say your ball was in bounds given there were no stakes! Go team Jerge.
I was subbed to you and all of the sudden I stopped getting your stuff. I have been watching all your stuff as you can see, but I never noticed the last month or so I wasn't subbed anymore. I never unsubscribed either. I recently just noticed this on Tigs channel and it said I wasn't subbed and obviously I knew I was and I have been for a good entire year... What is happening RUclips!?
Oh this is truly the highlight of the video: Starting at 27:12 ending at 27:48 So what made you stop talking and actually pick up a golf-club and play the shot? He offered you $20 to shut the fuck up, give him the camera and play?
"come on, tree! ...I might be out of bounds I might be on the road...we don't know. Dang it!" Luckily I'm not a parrot or I'd be quoting that forever Listen you just *MIGHT* play better if you'd stop letting your tongue waste so much of your limited brain-power. When you're hitting bad shots, consistently, almost every shot on almost every hole, the solution is NOT to "rear back and hit it harder". Fall back on your basic shot. If you have one. Generally this tends to happen when you know that you're trying to play out of your league. Admit that you can't beat this guy, ignore his shots and just get back in your own game in your own head. You might even pull a respectable round out of the shitshow that you've been playing so far.
Also Valspar video will be uploaded Thursday. It’s going to be really good people!
Looking forward to it!!
I loved this one. George, you're always an upbeat guy, but Broc was super complimentary and self-effacing. What I like to see. Great dude.

Broc offering two off the first. What a legend. Great stuff George!
😂😂
Got lunch break in a few mins. Perfect timing as always Jerge. Appreciate the content and hoping Wesley can get back on the tour soon!
He will get sponsor invites; don't worry
iininn
It was hard to watch Wesley the last few holes on the Copperhead course.
You need to have Broc on the channel a lot more. Really good golfer but more importantly you two seem to have good back and forth. Big fan.

Gosh right?!
Played with Broc at Tupelo Country Club a few months ago. Seems like a great guy and has serious game. Eager to see him on the pro grind.
Let’s goooooo Happy Monday!!

7:34 LMFAO at the guy hacking it up nearby......"God bless it!" The struggle is real.
Living in Augusta for many years and having played Forrest Hills many times, it’s great watching you play the course. Enjoy your videos!
Hey thanks Gene!!

I've played from that area left before. We always understood it as OB is over in those trees where there's a fence starting a couple feet into it

😂😂. I think it’s phenomenal to finish with that hole!!
As a former FHGC employee, I can safely say the road is out of bounds.
But cannn you though?? 😬😬😂😂
If it's not marked, staked or notated on the scorecard then it's not OB.
Great video George, as usual from the best channel on UTube. Blessings to both You and Wesley, I know once he is fully healthy he will find his game and be back kicking ass on the Tour, Respect from Richard in Cosby, east Tennessee. POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!
Hey thanks!!
I love when George hits a bad shot, he stutters
Love to see a fellow lefty on here!
Yuppppppp
Just as good as usual... getting into them prime years.... heading up
much love from the Philippines George!🇵🇭
9:28 George gives himself a very generous giveme lol
I followed your brother at the valspar on copperhead at innisbrook. well done. you should play there.
Broc is such a cool dude, those were some fun greens😁
Man, we were all pulling for Wes yesterday. I’m guessing a video will be coming with where he goes from here?
Great Dude. Keep up the hard work Brock, can't wait to see you make it.
He’s really good!
Great video George! Enjoy watching your game progress.
Please let Wesley know we are all pulling for him, I know he will be back!
George never hits a bad shot
Didn’t Broc stick one to a foot on a 354 par 4!!?
I'm still blinded from Brocks forehead, tough greens but you guys grinded out there...enjoyed watching as always.
Yall should play at Champions Retreat in Evans, GA
Seems like our greens... miss it 2 inches past the hole and roles out 6 feet on certain pin locations lol
Also that pin on 16 is insane
Broc putting on the lbs!
Augusta he probably knows my cousins Keshun Sherrill and KJ Sherrill. They played basketball their. Definitely will be cheering for him.
If I could pick literally any golf swing to be able to replicate, it would absolutely be Georgys. Great content and great swing brother.
Wow thanks man!!!
@@BryanBrosGolf no problem brother!
White brow Broc= good dude and nice player.
Let’s get it!!!
Robert!!!
I subscribed to Broc's channel. Seems like a great guy!

@Bryan Bros Golf loving the content!!
Great video as always, however that quite the generous gimme par on 12 after seeing how that ball was rolling. just sayin!

Wow this dude is a beast just looked up the 2018 NCAA individuals and he beat some studs to win that!
Right?!
i think we were there the same week. greens were FAST
Jerge the absolute goat! Great vid
21st minute, his true character comes out
9:28 georgie got a little scared at the come backer, that was not a gimmie that was a nasty slider 🤭🤭
Let’s go George!!
Awesome vid George! By the way, where did you get those pants? Brand?
Broc's got my sub.....
so, let's take a moment to break down the first 15 seconds of the match.

Nice content! Think you should play against my brother Hampus who is a junior on the Augusta jaguars men's golf team!!!
Haha road is definitely OB at Forest Hills
If there was nothing on the card or posted anywhere about OB left on #18 I would say your ball was in bounds given there were no stakes! Go team Jerge.
Me and Broc share the same home course in Iowa!
What brand joggers are you wearing?
Great 9 holes. Do i again soon!
Great fun match
19:18, Gerg Biden was on the green!
Seeing you take a practice swing on the road and hitting your wedge to the pavement hurt my heart a lot...
Super random but just realized George looks exactly like the musician Marc Rebillet haha. Maybe he is a missing Bryan Bro.
Let's gooo!!!!!
My man!
Won the div 1 title with a push cart… will never forget the push cart. But certified flushaaaah
I thinned hole 16 to 4 inches when I played there!
I really really hope Wedgely wins on birthday weekend. Would solve a lot of problems for next 2 years!!!🙏🙏🙏
Amazing public course, Great content as always. Next time, go down the street, and tell them you are Jerge and you are going to play Augusta!!
Next time we’ll head to your home turf!
Let’s goooo!! Come on what better to do on a Monday🤷🏽♂️
Wesley will come back with the force of 1000 fires
on 17, I always say Trees are 90% air. It's just about not finding that 10%!!!!
New Rhoback shirt George?
What brand are the pants?
Dude blinded me with his forhead.......errrrrrr, was that a sixhead?
George ! When are we going to see you compete again buddy
lol I wrote this before hearing you are getting ready for qualifiers
Curious how much it cost to play this. Great video
25-40 bucks usually
That was a long gimme putt for par on 12
can u use a ball mark please.

Vikings!!!! Yea man I feel you on that!!
Where's your circle T putter George? :)
In my garage 😳. They look pretty but don’t putt good!
How does this guy get a circle t putter?
Anyone can get a circle T putter, but he is also a professional golfer so there is that.
3 wood from 280, the art of laying up is not in his DNA
no stakes , not OB
Oh this is truly the highlight of the video:
Starting at 27:12 ending at 27:48
So what made you stop talking and actually pick up a golf-club and play the shot?
He offered you $20 to shut the fuck up, give him the camera and play?
All the redesigns at FHGC has Donald Ross rolling over in his grave.
There is still plenty of Ross left.
If there is no stakes it’s not ob
THANK YOU!!!!! 😂😂😂
George is conceded and a bit rude
"come on, tree! ...I might be out of bounds I might be on the road...we don't know. Dang it!"
Luckily I'm not a parrot or I'd be quoting that forever

Haha it’s always been my struggle.
crybaby off the tee on 17
classless to laugh at a bad shot
