Hi Grace. I’m 61 and just had the bone scan. Mine was low so I just had to make sure I’m taking the correct amount of calcium as long as vitamin D. Good luck to you.
I got my results and I have osteoporosis in my left him and the lumbar part of my spine. I will have to take medication, vitamin D, extra calcium and do walking and weights. Wasn't the news I wanted, but I just have to follow a new regimen, and I will be fine.

My daughter was born with a heart murmur and never had any issues. So don’t worry about it. Hopefully all the results will be good news!
