i never thought i would release this video or even talk about this surgery. i have shared everything with u guys. but overtime as i got bigger and bigger the scrutiny became unbearable. i had to remind myself that i cannot limit myself based on others opinions. i cant change who i am for others and i shouldn’t have to. this video brought me back to why i started this channel and reminded me of the support u draguns have given me since day 1. can’t ever say thank u enough for everything in my life. i love u so much ♥️
Nikita started this journey years ago and it’s actually so cool to see the whole process from start to finish of Nikita transitioning and reaching her perfect desired look. A lot of trans people think they’ll look completely different after 1 facial surgery (you will look different but it takes time and procedures here and there to reach whatever your desired look is and I appreciate mama Nikita for being so transparent with this)

From a trans perspective, I’d love to hear more about your other surgeries and what those were like. I’m prepping for FFS and Top Surgery, and later this year hopefully bottom surgery. I’m still learning and googling, surfing RUclips, tryna figure what procedures and routes I wanna do, which ones bring which results, etc.
Much much luck in your journey !☺️ Ive heard arnica is very good for prior and post surgery, I think helps with swelling and pain. Also, I’ll recommend you taking a look to Dr. Peter Newen (I think that’s how you spell his last name). He’s an awesome surgeon, his surgeries look natural and he tries to make his incisions the less visible possible. Just check him out 🙂 I hope it helps.

After a botched nose surgery , I have to do a 2nd one with rib cartilage and it seems scary af. I knew my nose wasn't okay because I had issues but it was definitely worse than I thought. Thank you for making this video , it's very helpful. To anyone considering having a nose job please be careful and choose your doctor wisely. It's better to spend more for a good doctor than having to go through it again.

Girl this is is soooo relatable. I went for a septoplasty and rhinoplasty and the girl botched my nose and didn’t even fix my deviated septum. Now I was told I need a rib graft to build a new septum to give me the nose I want and to fix the deviation. I am so grateful you shared this because it gives me hope. If someone I can look up to so much was brave enough to go through this, I can too. ❤️

From a trans perspective, I’d love to hear more about your other surgeries and what those were like. I’m prepping for FFS and Top Surgery, and later this year hopefully bottom surgery. I’m still learning and googling, surfing RUclips, tryna figure what procedures and routes I wanna do, which ones bring which results, etc.
Much much luck in your journey !☺️ Ive heard arnica is very good for prior and post surgery, I think helps with swelling and pain. Also, I’ll recommend you taking a look to Dr. Peter Newen (I think that’s how you spell his last name). He’s an awesome surgeon, his surgeries look natural and he tries to make his incisions the less visible possible. Just check him out 🙂 I hope it helps.
Then don’t question Trisha and wear a mask.

After a botched nose surgery , I have to do a 2nd one with rib cartilage and it seems scary af. I knew my nose wasn't okay because I had issues but it was definitely worse than I thought. Thank you for making this video , it's very helpful.
To anyone considering having a nose job please be careful and choose your doctor wisely. It's better to spend more for a good doctor than having to go through it again.

Girl this is is soooo relatable. I went for a septoplasty and rhinoplasty and the girl botched my nose and didn’t even fix my deviated septum. Now I was told I need a rib graft to build a new septum to give me the nose I want and to fix the deviation. I am so grateful you shared this because it gives me hope. If someone I can look up to so much was brave enough to go through this, I can too. ❤️
