Hello Nix Lackawanna John, Well you out did yourself these time, Outstanding PPR Steam engine's rolling coal hoppers , plus your engine house displays other moving items.Your Switches give great turnout in different directions. I like your New Penn Switcher working in the yard. I have to mention the sound is so real like l was there. Just amazing, The Platform is amazing wherever look it all combines together. Just great video keep going. Lackawanna John.
Thank you so much! I had a blast filming this one. I really wish I could add a wye to the room but I’m out of space lol that little SW1 was on my dream lists.
Very nice, Nick! That yard is real nice, for sure and adds a nice dimension to the layout. The scenery is looking real good. I like the big water spout, it sure takes up a lot less room than a tower I want to use all manual switches, on my layout, by basically removing the switch motors from my Lionel switches. I've see some videos, showing manual switches being thrown by metal rods, around 16/18 gauge, running under the layout, making them more convenient to operate. This looks like something that you may be able to use. It is way too far to walk around my layout, so I'm going to experiment with it and see how well it works. I took some time away, during the holidays, to go out East and hang with family, but now I'm getting back to the layout. Since it is single digit temperature here, it's a good reason to stay inside get things done. An excellent update and video, as always.
Thanks so much for watching! Really appreciate the suggestions. The good thing is I actually just purchased a bunch of tortoise controllers that I can’t wait to install. I also have lighted switch stands I have to add. On top of that I bought custom made dwarf to add to the exit of the yard to the main.
Great looking yard Nick! You did well given the space you had to work with. For the hard to reach switch, have you considered manual linkage that runs under the layout instead of a bulky switch motor?
Thanks so much! That was added - they are from Evan’s designs - they sell them at York and online. I also like their fire effect that’s great for firebox glow upgrades. They are off of AC / DC 5-22 Volts
There's been aome nice foreign power on the B&O OML recently, a couple of CN powered ethanol, a couple of wks ago, then last Sat had epic 2 UP leading b729 ethanol with 2 BNSF pushing. First UP unit was said to be a ex SPruclips.net/video/qNcF93bZ8TY/видео.htmlfeature=shared

Thoroughly enjoyed this video. You always seem to be enjoying yourself when operating your O Gauge trains. A true credit to this hobby.
Thanks so much! I had a blast filming this one. I’m thinking about doing a run session video after all the train shows are over with this winter

Love the train yard. It looks good. I like the idea of removing the roof on the train shed. Maybe cut some large holes in the roof and put them on?
I think I’ll just add the roof on one side or so. Thanks for watching!

Pretty cool. Was the welding light part of the shop, or added? Like minitronics ?

You are running and controlling all these engines with what? "Lion Chief" only?
Good photography and very good lighting!
Thank you so much! All are MTH engines using the WTIU with MTH DCS App
@NixCrossing My limited research looks like the WTIU system will run and control all the modern digital LIONEL engines? Can you elaborate on that?
