How To Create a Shipping Plan & Send Products To Amazon FBA | Send to Amazon (STA) Tutorial 2021

- How to send inventory to Amazon in 2021 using the brand new Send to Amazon (STA) workflow. The existing Send & Replenish Inventory interface has always been time consuming and difficult to use, the new Send to Amazon system is much better.
Sending products to an Amazon warehouse can be quite confusing, there are lots of different terms such as LTL, SPD and Freight Forwarder that it can be tricky knowing what option to choose.
In this tutorial, I show you how to create a shipping plan on Amazon so that you can send products to an Amazon FBA fulfilment centre. Before you can send stock to Amazon, you need to create an FBA shipping plan.

u skipped a step at 3:37 when the next step should be step "1B" which in this case i need to prep multiple boxes but it generates a link that i cannot bypass. it takes me to excel to download a link but because i need to pack individual products with multiple boxes.

Heyy, this might sounds like a silly question but does the ship date refer to the estimated date that it will get to the warehouse? Or does it refer to the date that the shipment is due to leave the supplier?

how does the carton box calculate? length x width x height or width x length x height
Should I create a listing before creating a shipment plan? or is it possible to create shipment plan then create listing for this product? If my product will ship from US then which shipment delivery date will be safe? For example, if I input Dec 10, but my shipment arrived at Dec 13. Will that affect my shipment?

I wish to send 100 products on a pallet and the products will not be further boxed as they already have there own box. So do I tell Amazon that I am sending 100 products in 100 boxes? I’m just concerned that amazon will open the boxes of the actual products.

What about if you put the date as you did for the 8th but it got picked up earlier, would that make any difference.? I can't remember what i done when it came to dates, i use westbound too but only shipped twice so forgotten the procedure i used?
I don't think the date on the shipping plan really matters, I only mentioned it to try and provide some guidance - I'll just have a rough guess when I do mine.

@@FBA-Elite Hello I have products waiting for me at a preparation center and I would like to send them to France but since I have two references (received from two different stores), I am not sure I am doing it correctly so I would like to a confirmation except that when Amazon calls me it tells me something and when they write to me they tell me something else so could you help me
I am in manage your stock and I know the dictionary of the two references then I go to the drop-down menu at the top “send / restock”
To start at step 1, I need to select the drop down menu, create a new packaging file?
And that's where I didn't understand
I must enter the name of the file, unit per box, size of the box ...
and in fact what I understood from what your colleague explained to me I have to enter the information of the final box?
I mean you can see that I have selected 2 product references,
-I have a first box A from store A and containing four references of product A.
-I have a second box B from a store B and containing five references of product B.
What makes 2 boxes that are in a preparation center
But of course I will send you a single box containing the references A and B or rather 9 products.
And so, if I understood correctly, in step 1 in "Detailed information on the packaging" you ask me to enter the size of the final box (containing the 9 units?)

I'm launching a private label product on Amazon however I would like to sell the same products elsewhere too, can I use the same gs1 codes for selling everywhere online or will I need to label differently my products depending where I'm selling them? Hi Darren, When sending in inventory to Amazon can you tape 4 small boxes of the same item together to create a "larger box" or do they need to remain as 4 separate boxes?
You didnt say anything about label the eax box. Its one of the most important staff, why you avoided this?
What about the barcodes that each product needs.. how does that work ?

Hello Daren. First of all thank you so much for your videos, they all are very helpful. I'm starting in fba and i have received from supplier my first box. The thing is that the product comes outside of the package. My doubt if it is me Who have to put them inside the box or amazon could do it?

I would get all prep done by the supplier in future, for this shipment I would prepare it yourself - it will give you a good understanding of how labelling and shipping works.

Every single tutorial on the subject just so happens to have a tidy nest even number of inventory to send in! What if you had 13 and 10 fit in a box!? How would you send the 3?? It's obvious what to do if you're selling 100 and 10 of the same ASIN fit per box!
