    I stay in these rooms everytime I go to vegas now haven't got a higher floor yet, it's a long walk from casino and elevators but worth it nice touch with the 3rd bathroom for guests and full sized dining table and close to walk to Allegiant stadium.

    So this is just a one bedroom suite with a connecting standard room.

    • @wholewheat2k
      @wholewheat2k  3 года назад +2

      Yes, correct! (Well, the additional word “Elite” for the 1BR Tower suite seems to indicate a larger suite than their “non-Elite” 1BR Tower, since it has a larger foyer, larger dining area, larger wet bar area, and a powder room for guests.)
      The description as a 2BR is exactly Mlife advertised it, even though it truly is a 1BR with a connected King room.

    Do these tower two king bed suites all have the sectional couches? I keep seeing them in more recent videos with small like love seats almost and not full sectionals?

    • @wholewheat2k
      @wholewheat2k  4 месяца назад

      I have noticed the love seats in the smaller suites (like in the Tower One Bedroom Suites and Tower One Bedroom Two Queen Suites) and the sectionals in the larger suites (like in all the Penthouses and all the Elites), as whatever the area/space can accommodate.
      Sorry, I have not seen any videos of the Tower Elite 2King BR Suite with love seats. Although Luxor has recently been renovating rooms and suites, they may still need to get around to the Tower Elite 2King BR Suites.
      Then, there is also the mislabeling of the room/suite tour creators. Some may think they have an Elite category suite, but they actually did not have one. Then, the opposite can happen: some may be in an Elite suite, but they were not aware of it. At least, this is what has often happened.

    Was the couch a pull out style couch?

    • @wholewheat2k
      @wholewheat2k  2 года назад +1

      No, the couch was not a pull-out bed/sofa…just a regular couch.

    This is their deluxe version of the 2 BR suite... is it true you can't lock the master bedroom double doors for privacy ?

    • @wholewheat2k
      @wholewheat2k  2 года назад

      This particular suite is the Elite version, not the Deluxe. It has higher ceilings and larger square footage than the regular (aka, Deluxe) Tower Suite. I have always found that rooms/suites labeled as “Deluxe” have lower standards than higher ones. Tricky use of the word!
      However, sorry I cannot confirm that the bedroom doors do not lock. I just don’t remember that detail, nor did we have any need to use a lock.
      That would be quite surprising if it didn’t have a lock. Perhaps other videos prove that, but am speculating that either someone didn’t know how to properly lock a interior double door (by securing the latch of one door to either the floor, or frame top, or both, and then lock the other door as usual). Or could it be that maintenance removed a broken lock or latch to be replaced with another one, but didn’t get around to do it before the next guest(s) checked in?
      Edit: Okay, I did see a video of MCann’s (although his furniture may be more updated, my suite is bigger) who says the BR door has no locks or latches. And it certainly appears so. So now I am speculating that the handles on the inside of the bedroom pivot either up or down to engage a latch traveling through the hollow of the door. I know, wishful thinking. But such a mysterious feature would be fitting for Luxor!

      @@wholewheat2k Thank you for replying. I really do appreciate it. I know it's such a random question about the locks... main reason fir asking is my wife and I have 2 young ones (10 & 7) that would be traveling with us and MCanns video did show the bedroom double doors not locking.
      To be on the safe side, I do have a travel door lock and will just pack it in case..LOL.
      So this is the elite version , perfect. I will make my reservation today. Thanks again for replying quickly. 👍😎

      @@DJTonyG There must be a few different configurations of the Tower Elite 2BR, unless some of us got the name wrong. Or perhaps the one we were in was bigger because it was a “corner” suite (as you can see from the hallway entrances)? I certainly do not like the master bedroom’s dual sinks of those other videos because they are so close together, barely room for 2 people to use their own sinks simultaneously. Even our wet bar had more space.
      By the way the room numbers of ours were 21349 and 21350 in the East Tower. May you enjoy your stay!
