The whole point of vapor wave/out run/ synthwave / labour wave/ post funk(the genre of the song) is to bring nostalgia (to the extremely saturated with advertisements) late 70s/ early 80s. This genres also criticises the fact that capitalism promotes recycling jingles, films, series etc. etc. to the point were its so distorted and dream-like that creates a genre on itself. And thats why all the genres that come from or relate to vapor wave use samples of old songs of comercials or viral bands of the time and why they all make you feel so nostalgic about an era that you didn't lived(because companies have recycled so much this old viral trends that it has reached to the point where young people know really well the little words that ads have created in their videos) and if you remember those times is really likely that you remember distorted by the media. (One last thing. The genres that relate/come from vapor wave are by nature anti-capitalist)
Some color filters and a very faint chromatic aberration from what I can tell. Small image overlay on the left to add to the VHS/analog TV style. Probably edited in Premiere, and animated/drawn with Photoshop. (Removed guess for SAI and CSP, considering the uploader's previous videos.) It could also be edited with Vegas, most of the effect are pretty simple.
