I've been super overwhelmed and stressed and my mind was racing with lists of things i need to do all night. i tried a meditation and white noise to sleep and was on the verge of tears bc I'm so exhausted and desperately wanted sleep and idk how you did it but I was FINALLY able to close my eyes and rest with this. This was truly the most healing

I was reflecting recently on how far this channel has come. From the simpler set up's in the beginning to these elaborate and beautiful sets, with an arrangement of sounds, bowls & bells! You guys are amazing and deserve all the love!
I truly believe music heals.
Of course, don't replace your antidepressant (or whatever medication you need) with meditation music, but this combined with the correct lightning, ambience, time of the day and place, can initiate a cascade of overwhelming peace that can overcome the hardest obstacles and even if just for a brief moment, remind you that despite all the hardships you are enduring, why it is still worth it to wake up every morning.
