So many older Chinatown establishments are closing. It’s just unfortunate as the people who used to live there have slowly moved away. Relying on weekend business and foot traffic just doesn’t cut it for them with their increasing rents.

Its only going to get worse with the high congestion zone pricing thats coming. Downtown Chinatown might become a tourist only location.
