Thank you for mentioning the wetting of the cheese cloth. So far I have not heard anyone one doing this so my cheese stuck to the cloth.

Please don't short change yourself, at least you are doing something. I have been watching videos this morning and your video made me decide to go ahead and try making goat cheese from powdered goat milk. Thank you and I think you should make more videos. Have a great day today, and everyday.

I'm glad my video inspired you. I'm not really sure if powdered goat milk will work you'll have to let me know. And don't forget to subscribe we make lots of videos I may make more cheese ones next year.

Yes, please let us know how it goes. I have been considering trying it with canned. I could buy fresh until this year when my state government got silly with legalities/penalties.

I would love to see how you removed it from the cheesecloth and what the consistency was and if there were any additional steps. Thanks anyway for a great video.

So happy to see a man try so hard at doing a predominately dominated female job and he has such a great attitude about it. Keep on keepin-on!

Does the milk have to be pasteurized? Pasteurization kills the good bacteria.
