Considering the Dante in Mahvel is based off of DMC3, it would be bizarre for Nero, first featuring in DMC4 (canonically the 4th game whilst DMC3 is the first) being mentioned. But really that's supposed to tie into Deadpool's 4th-Wall breaking. It shouldn't make sense in terms of the characters, but it does to the player, who is usually directly addressed in a Deadpool victory.
