- I'm worried about one of Lark's new puppies.. I think everything is gonna be okay but i just was triggered by a past experience that freaked me out. But i still have a lot of anxiety and i just want them to be okay.

Hello Joey! It's normal that puppies go limp. It happens when even their mother picks them up, so I don't think there is anything to worry about! Puppies, kittens, even wild animals like lions and wolves babies will go limp in their mothers mouth. It is common animal behavior. They must think you holding them with one hand resembles their mothers mouth! Teal will not go limp in your hand forever, so dont worry! You can try holding them with two hands, one above and one below, to make them not go limp. Gently cup them and hold them close to your chest so they feel even safer. Also try not to pick them up a lot, they need their muscles to grow so they can finally walk and wouldn't that be exciting to catch on camera! Strong muscles and bones make it so they wont go limp in the end, so limit how many times you pick them up in a day. Maybe once or twice?? Other than that the puppies are looking very plump and healthy. Good work to both Momma Larky and Momma Joey!!
Heres a tip for you Joey! Keep an eye on the puppies ears! As soon as they start twitching, that's when you know they can finally hear! Have an amazing day, and thank you for keeping us posted on these beautiful pups!

I have had a similar experience with a pet who passed away and the feeling of them being totally limp in your arms. I would have had the same reaction that you had. It's one of the most scariest feelings and very emotionally scarring. They are your precious little fur babies and you want nothing but the best for them. I think you are doing an amazing job caring for them and look forward to your puppy videos. Keep up the great work and great content!!! Thank you for sharing your fears and anxieties with us too. It only shows that you are normal and relatable.

yeah, most puppies or kittens will open their eyes around 2 weeks, but they cannot actually really see until 4 weeks of age.

I've never seen Joey's videos before, I knew of him but these puppy videos are honestly so wholesome??? And he actually is very caring up the puppies, while still giving his other dogs enough attention too.
You are actually very fortunate to have all of the puppies alive. I am also going through a experience with my dog who is a first time mom and we lost most the litter. Your dog is a very good mom and it is not uncommon to loose them.

@@devonsartwell9505 My first cat died. The second we had to give away ( she hated our dog ) then the family member who had the second cat also gave her away. I was so sad so devastated, but now I've gotten over it. ( Luckily my dog is still here )

Joey you are so awesome! Keep sharing your days with us! Sometimes you just need to talk about things that make your anxieties go on system overload and that’s okay. It’s better to talk about things that you are worried about. Than to keep it all bottled up inside. It just shows that you have a big heart and that you care. I love your channel! All of the puppies are so adorable!
I always spread positivity and kindness you never know what that person is going through or where that person has been to get to that point in their life. It’s also okay to have your own opinions and your own views.

Joey, that anxiety is the norm- for a parent! I’ve had it for 19 years and you just have to get used to it. Would love to see an hour of puppies. They make me so happy. X

Don't feel pressured to do daily vlogs! Your mental health and health, in general, comes first!
Just keep at it and the positivity you give off will help them through it. The main importance is that you don’t let them know your scared. We raised two squirrels and I thought they would die. Both are adults and happy now. Just keep your happy attitude and hopefully they will make it through. Good luck!

Joey, I know how hard it is to loose a pet, puppies are even worse. All I can say is, keep taking care of them, giving them lots of love, givin love to mama. Don't give up. Honestly, the pups look great, I'm honestly very jelous, I've wanted to adopt a new dog of my own for probably 5 years now. I want one so bad. Growing up, I had a boxer dog who was the sweetest thing, and was like my baby brother, and now that I don't have him, after 5 years of not having a big dog, I am always so tempted to go out and adopt one myself.... But I'm still in college, between jobs, and definetly cannot afford it. But keep up the good work Joey, take care of urself, I'm sure all these puppies will grow up amazingly.

Please don't feel pressured to make extra special vlogs every day, because there's a lot of creators who say that it wasn't healthy for them to live that way. Just keep it natural and don't be afraid to take a days off if you need to! The vlogs have been great and I love the puppies and the cooking!

I have a similar anxiety whenever I get a puppy when it’s sleeping I feel it’s stomach to kind of comfort myself to feel the breathing

Joey it will be OK, they’re also very young, so they’re just getting the hang of everything, my uncle breeds puppies for a living, he has white German Shepherd‘s, and Brittany spaniel‘s, and every now and then they will have a little runt puppy that is not the strongest, but it will always live!! I love you Joey so very much and I love your videos, stay strong!!:))

Oh Joey how I feel for you. You have all those special little puppies and it's normal to worry about them, they're still small although they grow every day. I can totally understand your anxiety though, as I lost my mom in December 2017, and we lost my daughter's bunny in August 2018. I adopted 2 kittens in September 2018, and I'm always checking on them both, they must think I'm annoying because when I don't find them or can't see them breathing if they're sleeping, I'll go and find them/pet them so they'll move to reassure myself they're ok. I also check on my daughter even at night (she's 14), because I'm scared something is going to happen to them. It's exhausting and a form of PTSD. As for the one hour long video of puppies, heck yes please! They're adorable!!!
