If you don't mind me sharing an idea: I think you can incorporate aspects of the first phase and second phase as well as the third? Like, most of your uploads could be in the third phase, and then here and there we get a first phase video? For some of us, it's the first phase videos that made us fall in love with this channel, and change is good, but it's nice to have a bit of nostalgia once in a while.

in indonesia you can make spinach into soup along with corn and you can eat it with rice, just search for "sayur bayam" on google and you can translate the recipe ;))

Girl, what you need is some egg whites, spinach, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and a bit of hot sauce. Mix everything before hand and use a smaller pan so it can kinda be like an omelette. It tastes SO GOOD! Also if you make pasta, when you're heating the sauce drop some spinach in it too. Good way to get some greens in.
