Thank you so much for this video. I'm always depressed and feel bad about myself. There are sometimes almost all the time, where i find myself ugly, and want to kill myself. But, when i watched this video I followed these tips and they helped. Obviously, I don't go to the kitchen and get a knife or get a gun and kill myself. I go threw depression every single day so this really helped. So, I can't thank you enough how much this helped. I think I'm ugly and no one likes me, and people say they do but, I don't believe them. I'm always down so this video really helped so thank you so much. And I feel a tiny bit better! But, Everyone that is reading this just realize don't think about yourself how I think about myself. Just know people have feelings. And your beautiful with or with makeup and your heart. And realize that if you have a sexuality that people make fun of meaning you being bisexual, gay, lesbian and more. Don't bring yourself down because no one is perfect. But, your not dumb, stupid, ugly or anything negative. So don't let anyone bring you do I MEAN ANYONE xD.
I feel like I have too much going on right now and im so overwelmed to the point where I feel physically sick like im gonna throw up. I wanna feel better so bad but I cant find the strength to even try. Your positive energy makes me so happy and even just a little motivated into doing some of these, your quite possibly a lifesaver:DD

ive been housebound for the past 3-4 years thanks to fibromyalgia + CFS. im trying to start a routine now as well as try to self learn spanish to give myself something to keep the routine for. thanks for the video
