A Moyes Dragonfly, huh? Now THAT'S a flying machine. The pilot ain't bad either. I competed with Steve Moyes in the World Hang Gliding Championships at Grouse Mountain, British Columbia in the early 80''s. He was one of the best hang glider pilots ever. This might just be the best acro video I've ever seen. Can't believe he didn't clip the filming drone. I fly a LongEZ these days and do acro all the time, but just the sissy stuff (loops, rolls, Cubans). Steve's one of my hero's.
From a previous HG pilot (OK, and sailplane and power pilot), that is the coolest ultralight, let alone Dragonfly ultralight video I've seen. THAT kind of flying is SO stick and rudder fun, I'm still smiling typing this!

But being a licensed sailplane and power pilot, as well as a hang glider pilot and could fly this after a check ride (also already having a tailwheel endorsement), this to me is the spirit of an ultralight! Sad the designer in this video killed test flying someone else's last year, apparently the missing wing component not visible on a preflight check. RIP Bobby. Take care.

I don't like dominant music over a video about airplanes, not that I don't like music, even if its good music , its just I prefer to hear the sound of the planes. But your video is amazing all the way :-) The aerobatics of the plane, the music , the video / music editing, the Choreography, the people in the plane who are happy... Outstanding. This is one of those "timeless" videos that is just soooooo right on the money - you really put ALL the pieces of that puzzle together perfectly and profoundly - sometimes it seems like providence - condolences to mr. Bobbys friends, family and associates, lets remember what he gave us in his work and accomplishments with mr. Moyes and their "Dragonfly", which will hopefully go on and on realizing peoples dreams to fly. RIP.
