'There is a feeling of fear in Rafah, people are anticipating an Israeli offensive', aid group says

Hamas said it was studying the latest Israeli counterproposal regarding a ceasefire in Gaza, a day after a delegation from mediator Egypt reportedly arrived in Israel in a bid to jump-start stalled negotiations. Meanwhile, Israel continues to prepare for its offensive on Rafah. For more, FRANCE 24's Peter O'Brien is joined by Shaina Low, Communication Adviser for the Norwegian Refugee Council. "There is a feeling of fear throughout the Gaza Strip, in particular in Rafah where people are anticipating this Israeli offensive", she said.
