hope your channel grows you deserve it: your content shows fishing in raw form the ups and downs trophy battles and damn dog fish as it is all part of the game and why fishing in the pnw is so unique keep it coming guys......... its funny how your arms recover from hours of jigging when you hook up
@apoutdoorsPNW caught lots of fish there. In the 1970s for 30yrs plus. Be there at 1/2 hour before daybreak and troll a cut plug herring, 30-40 pulls behind the boat 3-5, ounces of lead. And hang on to your Rod. Fish on. Many of days I'm headed in while others just getting to the ramp.
Better a bad day fishing than a good day at work, well you have great memories

That was a sweet net job on that first fish... Very nice.
I’d recognize that hat anywhere! D is a great fisherman! Great job guys
He's my cousin. And yes he is.
@@apoutdoorsPNW Nice! Tell him Seasick Scott from Sekiu says what’s up!
I caught many kings off Point Defiant in the 80s. Back when fishing was good.
Nice job boys. Thanks for the video .
NICE JOB BOYS, BUT WHERE ARE THE ICE COLD BEVERAGES?
Never caught a salmon out here before and I’ve lived here my whole life. 😂would be so cool too catch with ya. Awesome vid 🤙🏾
Great video guys. I enjoyed this one. I don’t jig very often now that I moved up to area 10 but maybe I will try it up here. Anyways thanks!
Thanks for watching. Let me know how you do. I grew up in the everett area. We use to throw buzzbombs on Edmonds pier.
Subscribed. Appreciate the efforts to make videos.
Great day on the water. Way too many dogfish!
Me and my dad like trolling at the point we are at narrows marina
You can not keep dogfish legally love the Chanel
Nice show. You sure ran into your own sweet honey hole that afternoon. Great show, well edited
Thank you. Brought back lots of memories.
Glad you enjoyed it. This was one of my First videos and my favorite.

I would fish off the clay banks with my dad when I was a kid. Working the negative tides out fishing the point with herring. Good memories.
Boy did they shut it down after only 3 days. Missed it by one day
Nice
Where You guys fishing at
Point defiance. Just off the clay banks.
I have a med hebt bass pole and a old Shimano curado (the good ones)do you think that would be ok to use
Anything could work. Might be a little longer fight. But if you know your equipment and play the fish right. I don't see why not.
Owen beach?
The clay banks. Owens beach is in the same area.
@@apoutdoorsPNW yeah clay bank is hot spot for jigging, nice nice Nice King good jobs guys.
Great fishing. Terrible control of what comes out of your mouths.
Want to tey a rental boat out here what tide/ weight of dart do you use?
Buzz Bomb green and white. Salmon like it deep. Jig in a slack tide only. Be very careful. The Narrows are very dangerous.
Hey! Do you essentially just drop to a certain depth and jig up and down? Are you actively changing depths that you’re jigging at?
I’m very interested in learning how to mooch and jig point Wilson darts!
Kings are down around 85-100 ft so you just try to work the column in front of them. Dogfish are down there too tho
I live in Florida I have a fishing RUclips channel too
Right on. My mother live in Daytona. I want to come there and do some fishing one day.
No better way to spend a summer day in the PNW
Dogfish are good eating . It what the brits use for there fish n chips. I that's my spot for lings
Never tried dogfish. I did hear they are good.
Pt Wilson dart with a larger barb-less hook. ruclips.net/video/rDJiaXvKBmA/видео.html
How deep are you going?
Was running between 40 and 100 foot. Just got to play with your depth see where they are biting.
