The reaction says it all, the giggle, the eyes, when u experience something completely outside your experience, the human being just can't help but be inspired to grin when confronted with a true first. Creating this experience for others must be a real pleasure, gentlemen, RESPECT where it is due.
Great to see your still at it Richard
A can remember looking at your first prototype at Elvington (early 2000s) the test one what was bolted on to the side of motor and stuck right out
Looks like you've came a long way since then
Good luck for the future
Many variants in 20 years🤪
Great video Fellas! would you be making a supercharger kit for Gen 3 in the future?
Already made. Just waiting for the software to remap.
@@TTSPerformance well that was quick! haha!! can't wait to see the 3rd gen on the runway!
YOU GUYS ARE HAVING THE BEST OF YOUR LIFES.
Yep😃
Oh to say I’m excited to see this evolve is an understatement!!!!! I considering one of these systems once I know a bit more
About them…
What internal work has been done to that Hayabusa before fitting the complete supercharger system TTS?
Bolt on components I’m good to do, internals not so much and would need to get someone to do the work as I don’t have lots of specialty tools…..
@TTS, could you share what work has been done internally and what are the expectations for longevity of both the supercharger and then the motor w the addition of the supercharger?
The compression has been lowered with a 2 mm barrel spacer gasket. Cometic head gasket and APE head studs. Stronger clutch springs. That’s it. Still running strong after 16 1/2 mile top end runs.
Wish you offered a kit for a late model GSXR. Essentially make like the Suzuki h2 variant.
EXCELLENT RICHARD FROM TTS!!!!!!!!

As it is, without the Supercharging, the 1580cc busa did 9.2 sec 1/4 mile @ 152 mph on the first WR tuning run, Maybe I'll fit a TTS Supercharger kit on it & go to Mars😀
Job well done fellas.
The supercharger looks very cool on the left side of the bike..for me without belt coover looks better, more agressive :) The intercooler now under the gas tank, the bigger one, not?(You talking about it) great temp.drop ! More than 55% ic. efficiency..
The new core is 20% bigger than previously. The pressure drop is 2psi at 20psi full revs. So 18 at the engine inlet.
@@TTSPerformance 18psi??? its a 1,24 bar..with stock engine,or thicker head gaskets? 2psi drop @20psi, great result,i think :)
@@anonimus4639 2 mm base gasket. Stock thickness Cometic head gasket and APE head studs. Stock rods and pistons. 16 full power nearly 1/2 mile runway passes with virtually no cool down time. Amazing engine.
@@TTSPerformance Wow..great job!
Can I put the supercharger on my gen 1 busa?
Yes no problem. Essentially the same kit.
@@TTSPerformance oh yeah 👍👍👍
@@TTSPerformance Yes thats sick!! Thanks for this piece of art!
@TTS where might I check for updates on current projects if I don't do facebook?
Just watch the RUclips channel
They should make a kit for Kawasaki zx12r 05
This what I need for my 2015 gen 2 I don't drag race just quick country cruising
To order email sales@tts-performance.co.uk
@@TTSPerformance would you have an idea of the cost in Australian dollars please
@@bradevans9952 $7500 ish. depends on the day's exchange rate
Will you have one for a ZX10R
Not at the mo sorry
I watched the 44 Teeth vid the other day testing out the Busa's, seemed to be a lot of religious talking going on, as in holy fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck and jesus chrisssssssssssssssssssssssssst....... Would luv a TTS on my Rocket 3....one of these days......fabulous engineering.....I wonder if Alan Millyard would be interested in TTS upgrade for his V10 Viper Motorcycle....Alan could drive it flat out up a 3 mile incline and go strait to the moon :)
👍
Did you developed the same kit for gen 1 ?
Yes
how much shipped in finland. stage 2 kit for b king and is it whit the bigger ic?
£3950 with shipping. Intercooled.
I want it👍
Just email richard@tts-performance.co.uk
Its faster ? No way 🤣
need some amercian boys who can leave 9.4 theres a lot left on the table
The only real competitior to this super charged busa is the stock ninja H2/H2R.. racing it to a stock busa is a waste of joke
Very bad time 1/4mile 9,47sec ...
And wheelbase ~1,62cm i see
Far from ideal set up, track or weather. Lots to improve on.
Meanwhile a zx10s with half the HP is in the low 8’s
😭KAWASAKI H2R😭
You really should not brand this as fast 1/4 mile, 9 sec is not fast, specially not for 400hp. Bone stock bike can do 9 sec.
In that video, bike needs much more aggressive start, strapped front end, a rider who can launch it correctly.
Big hp is needed at higher speed, would be more interesting to see 100-200; 200-300kmh etc times.
As I am interested having supercharged bike myself, it only comes handy after 100mph, not so much before.
Just listen the engine how Jeremy Teasly is launching it on all stock wheelbase, clutch released so smooth yet aggressive, every bike easy 8 sec

ruclips.net/video/woTKJRaDIBs/видео.html
ruclips.net/video/Iq5-zw3Z_4A/видео.html
David Albert 8.6 sec 167mph
ruclips.net/video/dm6oNWkactg/видео.html
SC Busa can do easy low 8, invite some American riders to UK to show it.
All the bikes in the videos you link to, are lowered and the riders are featherweight. That means a lot for the bikes centre of gravity and therefore their ability to not wheelie.
The TTS busa is not optimised for drag racing. There is a huge difference.
@@AndreasBrOlesen Thats what I said - need it "strapped down", nothing special using simple strap to lock front end down. No change in shocks. Brocks also has video how to lock front end with strap.
Yes they are light healthy guys, not over eating fat, heavy, slow and lazy.
But these things will not help anybody, if launch is terrible just like that 400hp launch is, terrible.
All the bikes in these videos have proper launches, just listen how the engine is loaded correctly and smoothly.
400hp is not loaded correctly.
Point is, 400hp is not needed for 9 sec time, stock bike will do 9 sec easy, strapped down 8 sec.
400hp will give probably 0,2 sec (random guess, but it cannot be much) advantage compared to stock, with the man who can launch it.
@@AndreasBrOlesen 400hp is releasing the clutch way too soon looks like 30kmh, slow like grandma.
But 8 sec guys are killing the clutch, probably still slipping 100kmh and then fully released while also adding more power, because you can not use full power even with stock engine in 1st gear.
Bingo, definitely needs a rider & a proper setup.
jen2 stock vs jen3 stock
jen2 win
With my supercharger the Gen 2 has the best cams. If Gen 3 has Gen 2 cams fitted then power will be the same.
Not too sure what the point of this is??… They are not comparable..Modified gen 2 vs unmodified gen 3?!
The gen 3 is better in every way when comparing both in stock form, that’s a fact.
We have the same kit for the Gen 3👍
