Agree the base training is the most fun time of the year, just volumes of not so hard and mostly unstructured rides helps get back to the fun stuff and remember why you like bicycling in the first place. Well produced video footage also was nice 👍

You're welcome! Well I think the optimal time is like 12 weeks (3 month ish) but as a racer it's hard to get more than 2 month before we need to get back into 'race mode'.

When do you stretch, foam roll and all that? Right before or after a workout?
Normally a do a session like that 2-3 hours after my training. Then I have had time for a meal and some chill before :D
