    Jamaica has done it again at the 51st staging of the Carifta Games; winning 45 gold, 23 silver and 16 bronze medals for a total of 84 Medals. More than double second place Bahamas with 36 medals and Third place Trinidad with 27 Medals. Congratulations to all the athletes who participated in this years 51st staging of Carifta Games from all countries, you made your country proud.

      The last word that could be used to describe Gary Card is that he is a show off...he proved to himself after the ISSA champs that he could win the 200m..nothing here indicating anything suggested...This is a very humble, brilliant 16yo young man..Age Quod Agis..those who know..know!

      @@user-ln9xb8ni9j barbados didn't have a track for a while. government taking while to rebuild the national stadium saying that they have to wait for the chinese which makes sense so the runners were relatively underprepared. may sound like an excuse but i do believe it's a valid one
