VahChet I've made about 10 of your recipes and dishes so far and this one is next!
Best thing is, I have an Indian grocery within a mile from my apartment!

Dear VahChef, Thank you for your inspirational cooking. Just today I did Onion Samosas, Rara Gosht & Hariyali Gosht. I did everything like in your videos and my husband, daughter & I eat our own tongues with those dishes (Joke). It is so delicious. I never cooked Indian food before. Just we loved go to eat to Indian restaurant twice a week... Now I understand that we didn't know what is Indian food taste like. THANK YOU! We were benefit of my great cooking, because of you!

biggest change in the last 2 years I got from your uploads is to use "whole garam marsala" :-)
I had bought lamb which is not usual in Germany anf now went for mint, parslie and koriander blending was fine I add the normal ginger Garlic paste not seen here hope it is ok, using 3 red onions and 4 tomatoes turned out right
very nice and just on time thanks for this great reciepe

Green curry is now my favorite curry. It was fantastic! Think I'm gonna make a cheese omlette and pour some of that curry over it.

Vah Chef, such a wonderful recipe. I made this exactly as shown only with one change, the green veg that you have shown was replaced by spinach, coriander and mint and the thing turned out to be tasty :) thanks a tone for sharing.

Could you tell me what can be the alternative for Shashi jeera? In my country, I cannot find it.
Some articles say it’s ok to use caraway seed. But some say it’s better to use cumin for the alternative.
Also Shahi jeera / Sushi jeera is different thing??? I’m confused.
    Please tell me , Mr.chef!!!

As always with you this one too a great recipe,I thoroughly enjoyed it
One thing I would like to clarify from you, in 'General Tso's chicken' recipe, salt is not shown to be used, but after adjusting the season, adding bit of salt to the sauce at the last it turned out great. Is that you do not advice salt in it or is it editing slip?

Dear Vahchef, I am new to Indian cooking. How do you make the whole Garam masala that you mention in the green curry recipe? And what do you mean by the 3n measurement? Roni from Australia

There’s something wrong w/ this recipe. Cooking down the ingredients yielded a dark masala, not bright green. The ingredients list is also very poorly labeled. There is no global standard measurement for a “bunch.” I think not having enough cilantro and mint contributed to the color issue.
