I could be interpreting this totally wrong, or stating the obvious, but the metaphor that stands out to me is that when you love someone, it's like sinking your teeth into them, and if you stop being in love, it's like taking the teeth out and you start bleeding. As long as you stay together, it's ok because the teeth block the flow of blood (heartache), but as soon as you leave each other, you start dying. By that logic the more you love someone, "I swallowed you whole the day we first met," the more it hurts to leave them, and the more you need them back. So saying "We've got tiger teeth" is saying how strong their love was. Unless I'm reading into it too much, it's a very powerful metaphor. All that said, it's a great music video, and I can't wait to see what Walk The Moon does next!

i’ve always thought of this song as a sequel to aquaman because of similarities in the messages like taking leaps of faith in life. which is something that i believe we can all benefit from. this video and song are both beautiful. it’s a pleasure seeing walk the moon develop as artists and keep making amazing music. fantastic job

You can tell he really seems to enjoy what he is doing. I just keep coming back here for the dancing. He does not dance like the greatest dancer of all, but he dances like he is enjoying himself, focusing more on the singing and basically having a good time.
What I first notice is the throwback sounds to the eighties. The way the drums are mic'ed. The big synthesizer sounds. The huge vocal reverbs. Reminds me a lot of Howard Jones' sound.
Less than 2M views? This song s so chill, but I guess not enough 80's kids found it, seems nostalgic and would be on a "Stranger Things" Episode for sure. I love all these things by the way.

Wow so I definitely of fell out of love with walk the moon after they were my favorite band for many years, but this video and song reminds me that they do keep their old fans in mind and how much I will always love their style and positive message.
