Been doing residential installs for 10 years, I now have an opportunity to enter apprenticeship for chillers and boilers. Thanks for this video. I start next week

Congrats on stepping up. It’s all the same. An a/c unit cools air, a chiller cools water. Both use all the same components. An air handler has a blower motor. A chiller uses a water pump. Honestly the refrigerant circuit is the exact same. It’s really not much different. If you see something you never seen before get as much info as possible and take a lot of photos. Google research would have info on the subject.

I have a question. I have a CT two runtime been running for awhile. While chiller 2 is back in service because it was in repair. After noticing CT pump condenser 2 has a long runtime. I decided to turn on CT1 pump. Then shut down CT 2 pump off. Once I did that chiller 2 that was running shut off. Does that mean CT1 is only meant for chiller 1?

The noise from these things in residential neighborhoods is not acceptable, though. How can the noise be abated?
