As of April 2023, how much time can I expect to go to trial if custody is an issue in vicinage 13?

There’s never a certainty when you go to trial. There are two general theories in New Jersey, which are either alternating weekends or equal physical custody. That’s the most I can tell you without knowing more about your case. Thank you for watching my videos and for your comments. I hope they help you.
