Since starting with PM Sidekick my sales of old inventory have been remarkable. For that reason alone it’s worth it.
Agreed! Since I started the sidekick more of my old inventory I've had listed more than a year is selling....it's def worth it.

What an amazing month of sales for you! Your sourcing is my dream lol. Finding Aritzia anything is so hard to come by. Funny I live in a bigger city than you but no Buy Sell Trades here. I told my husband we should open one! I keep plugging away and I’m happy with my sakes lately.

Sourcing for summer is a challenge, I’m going to lower my expectations for Summer, spend less time sourcing and selling with the expectation my sales will drop. I’d rather enjoy the summer, family time and work a bit harder come fall.

I saw a comment about the ebay shipping, what I figured out the hard way was how to get a HS code for when shipping internationally/US from Canada. That was a curve ball for me lol, that’s a good topic to discuss! Now I have it figured out, but I’m sure many Canadian sellers haven’t a clue and it might be holding them back from selling.
I never fill in an HS code. I mark it as used clothing and sale. Never had an issue

Yes gone are the days of old Lululemon unicorns. I’ve been selling lulu since 2015 and man I miss those days! Even newer leggings have lost resale value and I’ve caught myself paying too much for them.

I agree, imo they are going to tank hugely because they are going the way of Gap, Old Navy, etc…remember how those brands had great stuff? A long time ago they did but they cheaped out. Lulu is doing the same with their styles, quality, and materials…CHEAP!! And keeping their prices the same or higher. Their last best years were 2014-2015 and then their styles went from edgy to wth. The styles now are geared towards tweens to 20’s with clothing that is almost clownlike, ie. Baggy and neon, and then to the other spectrum with god-awful browns, tans, and beige. Now they are capitalizing on pastels with the same ugly styles. Teens LOVE these styles though, I cannot sell a Scuba II for the life of me right now which were favored by now a crowd that is in the age group of 40s-60s. We certainly aren’t, for the majority wearing the crop tops and cropped sweaters. It’s the younger crowd. We can’t blame buyers, we can only blame Lulu. The quality of a current Scuba is terrible, the zipper buckles causing a ripple down the front of the hoodie, the material feels like the kind of staticky fleece we wore in the 80’s LOL yet these sell like crazy. I don’t get it.
I think lulu is losing its exclusivity and over saturated. I think people are moving onto Vuori a San Diego brand a lot of crossfitters are buying. I'm from sd so it's cool to see!

Yay! So glad to hear your successes! These first 3 days of March have been a struggle for me on Poshmark...0 sales on Posh. All of my sales for the beginning of March have been on ebay. 🤷♀️
What the heck?! So in the past, first wk of the month is usually my slowest wk. keep me posted.
@Tabs McCaffrey My first week of any given month is usually pretty low too, but I found it interesting that I've had absolutely NOTHING move on Posh. I have consistent sales on Posh, typically 1 to 2 per day at minimum. Crickets these first three days. So weird 😕...I'm gonna go list some stuff 😁.
@@redcliffsclosetresale same. One high price sale on Ebay. One sales on Mercari. 2 sales on depop. Haven't sold anything on Poshmark so far this month. Gonna send out a bunch of offers tomorrow. Hope things pick up for us on Poshmark.
I feel you on the lululemon, especially in the states.. i feel like they are kinda falling off, the market is so saturated. I see people selling the leggings for $20-$20, i don't know much about lululemon. I'll grab it if it's under $10.. another thing is free people i feel is going for next to nothing, unless it's super recent. but maybe that's just the states. can you explain how you know lululemon is "current"?
Find the size dot, it’s usually in an inside pocket. There should be letters and number around it. Go on lulufanatics and search the 6 digits starting with W for Womens. It will tell you the style and year it came out

Off topic, but just wanted to say that I’ve been doing really well with Abercrombie and Fitch, and even Hollister, as long as they are pretty current. Especially jeans. Usually for both, if the style name is written on the main tag, it’s pretty current.
I don't find those often where I live. We don't have those stores😩

@@TabsMcCaffrey Hi Tabs - Love your channel. Question: You say you can list 10 items an hour on Poshmark, no problem. Does that include prep time of steaming the garment, examining for flaws, photographing, researching comps and all the other tasks that go into reselling, or is the 10 listings an hour strictly on the app.

Hi Tabs, I've been selling part time on Ebay for over 20 years here in the US. I LOVE your videos. My biggest issue with ebay is when I send an offer to a liker Then they counter my offer, I don't see or can find what my original offer was. There is no feed or page to keep track in the app. Or am I missing something? Anyway, you are the best. Thank you for all you do for us ebayers. Poshmark too. 🥰

I agree with the pink, I sold a pink skirt suit on ebay I was able to make $40 on it, it was from Tahari brand. 😊 Also I agree with how you source, I totally love picking up beautifully unique pieces that may not be mainstream, however, they are absolutely beautiful pieces.

I have a question regarding Net Parcel. Is it a Canadian service or is it available in the US? How do you put on your eBay listing that you will be using Net Parcel to ship and when the item sells, how do you go about buying the label? I am new to selling in eBay and still learning how to list. I’m a newbie 😂. Thank you for your content!
I’m wondering if it’s Canadian… I had someone else say that. As for shipping I have a policy that says flat rate tracked package. No courier. When I print the shipping label with net parcel, it marks shipped and tracking info on the eBay sale. Very user friendly

Awesome 2 weeks. My sales for February were good. I have been focusing on eBay and I think,net parcel is a game changer. I have never ever won a single freaking contest on posh. I do all the things but never win.

Omg Tabs, I think I kinda figured out the PM algorithm. I’ve been doing so great lately, really didn’t have any changes. I listed good items then 2 days, I had a total of 4 lowball offers, 2 on each day. Now I’m usually pretty reasonable with accepting offers to get the ball rolling but the low ballers were just ridiculous and they wouldn’t budge. I mean a listed price of 60 and offered 10, you know those kind of low ballers. I countered those 4 but unsuccessful. Now after those 4 that I didn’t accept, 2 were declined and the other one ghosted, I have observed that my closet was pretty much QUIET like there’s not a lot of likes and I have shared and there were sharing activity but nothing else. So I think declining those 4 offers kinda hurt my algorithm, maybe?!! But I won’t accept a low ball offer where I lose money, it’s almost like a garage sale prices that they offered 😂
Always counter!! Even if you counter back the same price 3 times 😂

Ok when you do your ebay video can you explain nice and slow for me... haha ... how the heck you do shipping. I can't predict where someone lives so I'm never sure how to predict how much shipping will cost... today, someone bought something I'd set as shipping only to Canada ... but they don't live in Canada. I can set my shipping cost and invoice them now... but obviously they have to pay first. I'm worried they are just a fake purchase of some kind....
Like at the moment I have an item that is 120g and I can put in an 8x12 poly mailer ... what would you set your shipping at for Canada and the US?
Also I just sent an invoice to the first guy with 29.99 shipping and will see if he pays, it's the best I could do shipping to .... Slovakia.
