Unfortunately, fiber optics can be highly variable in design and placement. Light also needs a straight passage, so while you COULD convert the fiber optic line, you would lose the light. Our universal swivel does not have fibre optic ports nor will it allow the use of light with a converted handpiece or hose. Thanks for asking!
