Dawn LaVoiré my friend has a Scorpio rising but her first house is Sagittarius ♐️ and her 7th house is Gemini. So this isn’t western calculations? Because I’m going by western chart. I have mars in the 1st house and Uranus in 1st house , 7th house in Taurus. You think her time of birth on her certificate could be inaccurate?

Out of curiosity, though this could depend on how your Aquarius Moon is aspected, and perhaps even the degree it's at, is it true most Aqua Moons have the ability to easily detach in romantic relationships, and are able to get over someone, even if they've been with them for over 5 years, relatively quickly?

Yep 😁 If you have it as your rising sign for that year you'll experience some if not all of of the personality traits. But it also matters how its aspected and if you other planets in the 1st house as well.

What if my 7th house is in Taurus, but my rising is 29 degrees Libra?
I’m pretty sure libra risings are supposed to have their 7H occupied in Aries. But since your Anaretic degree is in your rising it’ll read off from Scorpio rising houses. I advise to use whole signs to read your placements, or ask a professional astrologer.
